Everything needed was provided. Clean towels, bed, and living areas. The landlord is very kind and respectful. Great way to meet people. The area was very friendly and resourceful. Goes an extra mile for a comfortable stay.

Stayed here just over a week while doing some work nearby. House is very tidy and well-kept, Landlord was super nice and does a great job keeping things clean and stocked up. Great location for McMaster students with lots of late night food and little pubs nearby too! Would recommend to students or anyone needing clean quiet accommodations in the area.

The landlord is really nice and kind. If you need any help, just ask the landlord. He responds quickly and cares about tenants' wellbeing. The house has everything, including a tranquil little garden. When you sit under the tree, you can rest your mind completely.

The place fits immediate needs its older but kept clean the rates are fair the weekends are loud because of all the partying going on with all the university students but there was never any trouble the owner is quick to fulfill any of your needs and always friendly it's a collectic kind of spot it's got all the basics and bus stops right out front a wide variety of ppl go there 8 room in total 4 up stairs 4 down 3 bathrooms I found it to a port in the storm when I was there.

The room was full of bedbugs that and I will never ever recommend this facility to anyone cos it landed me in the hospital.. my 2 nights there was the biggest regret of my life.Myself and my wife was bitten by bugs and the management left a dugged pit(big hole) right in front on the building which is so dangerous especially at night. The Haitian lady Fab was very welcoming though.

The landlord, Walter, is a great and easygoing guy. Very helpful and quick if something is broken or needs replacing. The rooms are good value for money, and usually there is a nice community going on with the housemates.
