Beverly Bottle Depot

Came here today and was shocked how bad this place is. I have not seen a place like this. Very filthy and unorganized. The owner should do more for the workers here. Feel sorry for the workers. The staff who I dealt with was very helpful. I'm not going there again.

I asked yesterday if they could come pick up my bottles for today the guy said yes they can come I texted again at 10 am asking if he would know approximately what time would they be here he only said oh I will call when in your area I have gone through them a few times and the first two times they came fast now it’s like they think people can just sit around and wait all day I am really thinking of taking my business somewhere else if they don’t show up soon I will be like I appreciate that they come to the southside I have mobility issues and don’t have anyone that drives or to help take our bottles in but how come they can’t let people know

I’ve been using the pickup service for 3 years with great service. The estimates have always been fair or better than expected. I will never load another can for the bottle depo as long as these guys are in business. I’ve herd people ask “what’s the catch?. It’s a business built on estimates just like EVERY bottle depo!!! There is no catch! The estimates are likely based on revenue and experience. Having a bad week?….. it may cost me an extra $5.00??? Who cares. No greasy bags and slime in my truck.

So they had a Five star rating......I've used them for 2 years now. 1st time took 3 days to pick up, 2nd time 2 days, third time 6 days. And now today, promised a call from the driver and there was no call or them showing up. This has become to inconsistent. I will post my review here and on Twitter and Facebook and Instagram. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used the bottle pick up service today. I was very pleased with my experience. The drivers were very polite and I was offered a very fair price for my bottles. Would definitely use again.

We have been phoning and asking for a pickup for two weeks. The last person I spoke with promised a pickup that day and I moved all the bottles into our living room. Yet again no one contacted us. We appreciated the pickup service even though the driver did not even pretend to count the bottles. But we will not try again.

Worst customer service. Called them 4 times in two weeks and each time they got my address and phone number and assured me that they will pick up bottles within two days but nobody bothered to come and pick up bottles. Never calling them again

Second time I have used the pick up service through this depot living in York area.Always been a great service and both times the staff were great. Took no longer than 5 minutes to clear out the bags of bottles from my garage and have cash in hand and not having to worry about loading them up, counting, etc.Great service and I definately will use it again. Keep up the good work guys.
