Beautiful view of lake Huron with access to beach. About 60 plus stairs to access the beach. Con, No washrooms, no BBQ, no fires.

Nice park for picnic only problem is there is no washroom facility at the park however there is a note on park public washroom at main st library " . There is nice beach (not a lot of sand area to set up canopy). Water was amazingly clean and clear. If going with kids make sure they wear water shoes due to pebbles on the beach. Best time was evening at sunset

Awesome place to spend the day. Nothing much to do other than enjoying the beautiful lake view. Totally worth visiting.

Great place for a picnic, and to look out on the lake. There is even a volley ball net set in a clearing in the trees. The stairs down to the beach were closed when we visited but we got down to the beach by the pier instead. Lots of tables and benches available.

Beautiful, small cliffside park perfect for watching the sunset. Parking available and benches and picnic tables for sitting. Stairs to public beach below.

Beautiful park and stunning views of the water. Stairs going down take you to the beach. Didn't stay for long but lots of families were having picnics in the park.

Pioneer Park is a privately owned park located on a bluff overlooking Lake Huron in the beautiful Village of Bayfield. Great little spot with plenty of benches facing the lake to watch the sunset. No Fires or BBQ’S Permitted in Pioneer Park,There are no public washrooms in Pioneer Park but public washrooms can be found at the Public Library.

It's so beautiful, you could spend a lot of time there and just wait for the sun set and relax.
