Nice residence. It was built in 1968 but recently renovated. The hallways are bright and clean. There are ample private (single use) washrooms. The single rooms are a very comfortable size with two big closets and two dressers. There is a standard desk and chair with a standard bed with storage area underneath. There are two windows to provide ventilation and the windows are large. The sunsets from the upper floors looking west are spectacular. Noise suppression is very good - much better than Vanier. Cafeteria is located close by and the walk to most classrooms is very manageable.

I live here and the recent renovation made the place look much, MUCH better than what it used to look like. However, There are issues with resolving issues such as a non-working bathroom lock. I say this because it takes a long time—more than a month and counting—to attend to issues such as these, even though the resources are available.

Stayed here for a few nights as part of a conference during the summer. Not a great dorm. The desk chairs are uncomfortable as are the beds. The noise suppression is not great. The residence is nicely located, clean, and well lit. The showers were nice. The building's heat felt all over the place. Hallways were 5C warmer than outside (even when it was 30C outside. The individual rooms felt cooler. Definitely not the worst place I've stayed but less comfortable than many of the hostels I've been in. For 60$ a night it wasn't a bad deal for the GTA but even by hostel standards it was uncomfortable.

Excellent University and great experience for students first time away from home, friendly and professional staff. Outstanding Maintenance and Housekeeping staff. Safe and secure. Students home away from home.

Lived there for a year, terrible garbage system, although cleaning staff do a great job daily. Quiet building overall as it’s on the edge of campus.

Only stayed here for summer. Great people! Occasionally false fire alarms at midnights and food thefts. And nobody can do anything about it! Be careful if you live here! Some low life lurking in the building! Pathetic
