Steeples Veterinary Clinic

We’ve brought both of our cats to steeples to get neutered now. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always so kind. They were able to get our kitty in on short notice to get neutered which was a relief as he was picking up some poor behaviour. The receptionist put together a diet plan for one of our cats after mentioning he is overweight, and was able to recommend what food to put him on/how much he should be eating. The clinic is clean and well kept, and I’ve always been greeted with a smile! I definitely recommended steeples to anyone looking for a veterinarian clinic!:)

We now have multiple dealings with different animals with Steeples, and every time its been a great experience. Most recently one of our horses got injured, and they have been there via text and call, every step of the way - with suggestions and solid advice, until our appointment. They came to Creston on our scheduled apt for a very reasonable farm visit, and absolutely took the best care of the 3 horses. After our apt, the follow up was fantastic, making sure all was ok. Very impressed with the care and honest pricing - no hidden or surprise costs.

Amazing, super friendly group! Even when really busy, they are kind and helpful. Dr Willow has been great with one of my horses that I have been concerned about, she listened to my concern and got him in for surgery quickly! And checked out my new dog on short notice!

Steeples Vetenarian care is the best care in the area. Very organized. Quick replies. No need to keep your horses or dogs at home, thinking you can’t afford. Have brought everything to this Vet, from colic situations, injuries, toothaches, health tests/coggins, abces etc for the past 7 years.I trust Dr Willow Burns who treats my horses as if they were her own. She always goes the extra mile. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS VET!! Nothing they couldn’t tackle!They also have a messaging system and they message you back straight away! Very good service and friendly!

We have used Steeples for a couple of years now. They are amazing. Caring and go the extra mile! We took our 7 eight week old puppies in for their first shots and it went seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Our dog woke up passing some worms while we were on vacation in the Kimberley area. We were lucky enough to find they were open on a Saturday, and they were able to treat both our dogs(one as a preventative measure) as well as send us home with follow up dewormer for next month to save us an extra trip to our vet back home. Will forever recommend steeples to anyone in the area. Amazing care!

I have had the unfortunate experience of having a pet pass away. Steeples was there to provide urgent care and gently advise me of the situation. They were compassionate and patient with me in that difficult time. Almost a year later I had another experience with my other dog, he needed urgent surgery and while the recommendation was to transfer him to Calgary - they respected my decision not to do that and instead they did their best to proceed with a surgery. They covered best scenario to worst scenario for full transparency. My pup had his surgery as soon as we made the decision, a couple of hours later I already had an update from the vet on how it had gone. We are now 2 days post surgery - he's doing great and I couldn't be more grateful. My baby is recovering and looks perfect.

The Doctors and the staff are truly the very best! The compassion and love we felt after the passing of our sweet boy really meant a lot to us in our devastating grief. In his final months they were always willing to accommodate his needs, taking the welfare of our loved one first. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Faith & Eric.

Friendly service with a great staff. They've been my neighbors for 40 years and have had all our pet services and never had an issue. The practitioners are very polite and insightful, plus don't push things you don't need. Very advisable when it comes to the animals needs and offer options for care. They have a great care plan available also when or if you have an emergency need. Out of all the providers in the Cranbrook area, I would recommend Steeples any day.
