Bonus:This team is very, very nice.Every single member had a joyful demeanor - which is not required - but it is so rare these days, and made our experience with them so enjoyable!They actually got to our home a few hours before schedule and even apologized for that - and not in a sarcastic way! I mean: they really seem to be nice people.It is true though, that it was not easy to get anyone on the phone, but I got emails replied and was always treated professionally and kindly in every single contact with different people, regardeless. So, I felt compelled to share our positive experience.

The 2 guys called on time they were friendly and very professional, the cleaned our chimney quickly and left without a trace .All carpets and floor coverings were covered before they came into the house and they removed floor coverings as cleaned on the way back out.A great job , will definitely call them again.

Two lovely chimney sweeps arrived to me from Chim Chimney. They cleaned my stove and polished the hearth after their work. They covered the area before commencing the job and left the cream tiles and furniture spotless on completion. They filled out a fire cert for my records and advised me on the best times to clean chimneys etc. They were professional and courteous and went beyond the call if duty to assist me with another issue. I would recommend Chim Chimney, which I learnt is a family run business, to anyone looking for a chimney cleaning company. Thanks for the advice and the assistance lads.

The girls in the office were so helpful and friendly and kept me up to date with any additional information before my appointment. The guys that came out to do the clean were so lovely, had the job done within 10 minutes and even helped me with the carbon monoxide alarm. The stove wasn't even as clean as it is now when I moved in.Great service all round, I'd recommend to anyone.
