As of May longweekend 2023 this place is severely understaffed. With their concession lined up out the door they had only one person working on a holiday long weekend. Almost 100 people were waiting for the single poor employee to serve popcorn. There was also manager there too but I watched him take 30 min to prepare a skip-the-dishes order rather than open a second til and help his employee. The theater is new so all the seats are decent with recliners but you shouldn't have to show up and stand in line for 45 min just to be able to buy a cup so you can use the self serve drink machines.

This place always offered the best movie experiencewith the best seating so far but I was disappointed in my recent visit. They have added a physical distancing category seating section with high walls separating the seats. Cool concept but not so cool for the ones sitting behind.The walls were disrupting my view and it was very distracting as well. Person sitting beside me had his phone screen on constantly (not Landmarks fault I know) that wasn't helping either. Too many distractions in a single movie.

Great staff, wonderful theaters, super comfy seats and experience. My only disappointment is the snack/food selection is a bit meager when compared to other theaters. Overall a minor thing to a fantastic time

The theatre itself is great. They seemed a little understaffed at the snack registers, but it was otherwise what you'd expect for a big theatre on a Friday night. They had two self service kiosks for purchasing tickets and choosing your seats, which was great. My only real complaint was the washroom. It was huge and clean and well stocked, however the stalls were TINYb to the point of being cramped and uncomfortable. I am plus sized, but not THAT big and I couldn't even move my elbows when I was sitting down.

Best theater in the city without question. The recliner seats are spacious and comfortable even for people like me who are wider. The premier seats have a more dialed in recliner with heating and a large space to hang coats and keep purses/wallets. Screens are always clear whether its laser ultra or standard and the staff there are really friendly. I've been going there since it opened and it's extremely unlikely that I ever stop. Top tier in Regina

It was a good experience however the hall wasn't clean, popcorn was all around in the cinema. I wasn't aware of the floor plan, so I picked up the wrong seats. The view was not clear due to the railing of the stairs. The seats were comfortable, and the sound was good. Overall it was a good experience, other than picking the incorrect seats.

Service is slow.... often no one is taking tickets. Took 10 of our family members for movie and snacks.... dropped a mint and did not feel like a special event... could have bought 2 years of Disney+ and popcorn for days.... chairs were nice and picture quality was good but service needs to improve... that or drop your prices so we can lower our expectations.

Theatre was comfy, took awhile for the sound to catch up to the words in our movie and the popcorn was unfortunately terrible. I was way too salty and butter was scarce. It tasted as if it was popped with no oil and when I asked for butter, they forgot. Hopefully better attention is displayed by management and they come out of the office and make sure things are funning smoothly.

Very clean theatre. I really like the option of pre booking your seats. Love the recliner seats and footrests. Also really like that you can move the arm in the middle up. There’s also a lot of space between each row which I like. Definitely my favourite theatre in Regina.

Nice theatre but seats G1 and G2 in theatre 3 have a partially obstructed view and nothing on the website lets you know beforehand when you purchase.
