The staff in the store and the gentleman that does deliveries are the kindest, most considerate people I’ve met. Their product knowledge and helpfulness while showing you options for your needs is the best I’ve encountered from any of the companies I’ve used in the past 5 years. They never try to ‘push’ a product at you. The in-store staff were careful to make certain that I understood the use of my products adding great advice and samples to try at no cost. I’ve been with them for several months and their consistently positive, friendly service is why I won’t shop anywhere else.

This place carries bacteriostatic water and this stuff is hard to find. Store is super organized and has so much product. Staff was really nice to and helped me find everything I was looking for and give some advice too.

Every single staff member that has helped us has been so helpful, informative and kind. Customer service is top notch. From the time we started our ostomy journey, (completely overwhelmed), they walked us through the products and provided us with helpful information regarding care challenges we faced along the way. Their file system is impressive, and as a result their service is incredibly personalized.

This company is very patient-friendly and have been exceedingly helpful, and responsive to all of my ostomy supply requirements! They have provided a safe haven for me to rely on while I continued to need their support in my native language. Their well-stocked inventory assures me of never running out of supplies.
