My first time to actually rent a storage place and they did not disappoint me. Palak and her team are just amazing. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, genuine smiles on their faces,and sincere in their wanting to help out and giving you the best options.I would totally recommend this location to anyone needing storage. What an amazing experience! The service, location and property all deserves appreciation. Have been a long time customer and coming here again and again.Palak and Sumith both helped me find the great fit for my business products. Did the paperwork in no time and provided me with all the information I needed to use the storage. They have multi-sized storages, provide insurance as well and clean and pest-controlled facility. Highly recommend this facility if you need the best customer service and great smiles!!

The employees were amazing and the service was excellent. I am happy that I met with Sumith and his team, Palak and Debbie to help me with my storage needs. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The facility is also super clean, well maintained and top notch, and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Such an accessible facility. Well kept and clean too. Sumith was fantastic, he’s doing an amazing job. Very friendly, great communication, and so helpful. Definitely recommend everyone to rent here!

Very impressed with Palak and Sumitha & the team at Public Storage @ Timberlea Blvd in Mississauga. They worked with me to find the appropriate sized unit, took the time to show me units in person, and determine applicable discounts available for the term of time I was lokking to store. I walked away feeling like I had received quality customer service. They reviewed the terms in detail, addressed my questions, and explained security and unit observation. My experience has been great owing to a quality team of people at the desk.

I used public storage to store my furniture while doing renovations at my home. I had never used a storage facility before.
