Shoppers Drug Mart

This was my best store since I lived in Saint John but today the manager was rude and she presumed that I was lying and racially profiled me because I am black, Muslim and trans! I bought an adapter from this store a week ago and the employee told me that it’s made by Apple and once I found out that wasn’t true I get back to the store and talked with the manager about refund and when I told her what happened to me she said I’m not believing you and you need to leave! She humiliated me so bad which I’ve never felt like that on my entire life… SHOPPERs treat your customers equally whether they’re white, black, Muslim or queer! No one should have experienced what that lady did to me today! She gave me anxiety till this time.

Went to the post office to mail a few packages the young lady I believe her name was Kelly I cant say enough how great it was to have such wonderful customer service and such sunshiny attitude thank you for making my day Kelly!!!!

Well stocked, has everything a typical shoppers has, but I noticed it's just as expensive as a location in Toronto.

Your average shopper's. Well stocked, clean, organized, friendly staff. Nothing crazy or to write home about, but I'm happy with it as my current go to pharmacy. The bus stops right in front of it and there's other stores/ restaurants very close so you can get most of your errands done in one spot and very convenient

Have always dealt with Shoppers but this store goes above and beyond for their people. The are kind, generous and so helpful no matter what the question is. Thank you for serving us the public with kind hearts and your bright smiles because it truly makes a difference ♥️

I just bought a new release of cologne and wow it's amazing. Loved the place. Which I could go again

Nice Shoppers Drug Mart, looks a bet smaller than it is but it has everything other Shoppers has. Plenty of parking outside. Staff is pleasant and the store was clean when I went. This store sits right beside a Dollarama so you may want to stop in there first to see if what you are looking for is cheaper like band aids. Stay safe out there people and please, be kind to one another!

The post office should close at 4 pm, because the person who is behind the desk does not know how to handle even simple tasks like posting a parcel. We waited over one hour in line and she wasn’t able to finish any tasks. We were told come back in the morning when the manager is here. I’m just wondering if the person is not trained enough to handle simple tasks why do they let her work without supervision. Very disappointed.

Busy staff at the pharmacy and they could use an extra pair of hands. Friendly staff and lots of interesting products. I like the self serve checkouts because there's never a line. Overall a pretty decent store.
