The hair salon, while being small, you can really feel the atmosphere and the care from the barber. Overall, if you want a cut this is a good place to go. Sidenote, she does not speak fantastic English, so some haircuts she might not know

Very unprofessional! Really bad with answering phone call like the below comments. Lack in customer service skills. I got a haircut but the results is uneven sides and fringe. Doesn't speak good English. They don't take credit cards fyi. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Sorry. She needs to grow in skills for haircut. She asks really random strange questions to clients while getting haircut.

Weird how there's so many negative reviews and also funny how at least 3 of them are likely the same person/family making negative comments. One of them only makes a comment about a phone call which is pretty funnyJane hair is very affordable and she gets the job done :) I've been going on & off for about 7 years and her prices & cuts are absolutely reasonable.Cuts for males are typically $30-35 + tip. Jane cuts hair to the same level of standard for a much more affordable price.

Been a regular of the salon for two years now. The coiffeuse lady is always friendly and kind. All you gotta do is tell her what kind of hair style you want and you'll see her doing the best she can. One of few places I enjoy visiting here in Vancouver. Strongly recommended.

I'm new to Coquitlam and I've just had my hair cut at Jane Hair Salon. Jane is a very nice lady, she is kind and friendly! I was suprised that she run everything by her own, from cutting hair to cleaning all trimmed hair on the floor. She cut my hair with great care and always checked with me to ensure I get the style I wanted and if I request additional adjustment, she was happy to adjust. I would love to come back and have my hair cut by Jane again!!

Good service and certainly better than what I'd usually expect.Called in for an appointment the previous day and quickly scheduled a time (since she was tending to customers). Quick reply and all.Went in for a hair cut for a flat $20, pretty good price for the result in the end.She was pretty fast- it took less than 10 minutes, even while she had to attend to calls herself. She never left for too long to be negligible, and was respectful.Would definitely come back to this place more-I've already seen a couple families and parents taking their children and partners there, so it really does seem pretty good.

I've been going to Jane for about 10 years now. The price for her services are inexpensive. She prefers cash for her payments. Jane's very sweet and kind, and does a very careful job with cutting your hair. I used to be the only one in my family that goes, but over time I've eventually brought my whole family of 4 to start going to her regularly as well.

My first time and I truly appreciate Jane fitting me in today in the am. By far, she is very reasonable in $$$$$ and very skillful. Other places around this neighborhood are so pretentious unskilled and very expensive! For a simple hair cut. Jane is pleasant, polite and friendly. Jane is friendly, meticulous and a great hair stylist! I've been a customer on and off for over 12+ years (I use to travel from Victoria, BC to get my hair cut here). Price for men's hair cut is $16 which is quite reasonable. Would highly recommend!!Update:Most of the 1 star reviews seem to be spam or bot, with no previous review history and one sentence reviews without any detail of getting a haircut. And they were all suspiciously posted around the same time around August/September 2022.
