My husband and I went to several dealers and test drove numerous cars, but Honda really took care of us as *people* looking for cars instead of a potential sale. Through the whole process their focus was on what we were looking for, why we were looking for a new vehicle, questions we had, and getting to know us personally. We did end up going with a Honda vehicle (the safety features, comfortability, and variety cannot be beat) and by the end of the process we truly felt like part of the Forman Family." Worst dealership in Brandon, I recommend to go to Winnipeg if your looking for a car or any service. Only helpful when they want a sale out of you for their commission, other then that nobody cares at this dealership. Friends and family always had issues with them, but I thought to give it a try. Should of listened to my them about this dealership, ridiculously bad customer service!!

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder from this establishment and the purchase part of it was OK.Unfortunately soon after I bought it, a number if issues arose with the struts, brakes and other items which cost me a good chunk of money to address.At first I was very angry, but after letting them know they did extend an olive branch and helped out with what they could at the time, which is probably more than what other dealers would have done.So at the end of the day, I was disappointed that I needed repairs soon after I purchased the vehicle but then appreciative that they didn't simply leave me hanging.It is for these reasons I give 4 stars and would recommend this dealer to my friends.

Need new or used car but dont want to get hussled ? Go to this dealership and look for Dylan. Fantastic guy. I found minor issues with a 2015 odyssey I bought from them and I feel he dealt with it punctually and professionally. Also took my early calls to report the issue....cant say the same though for their maintenance manager, who outright shut me down when I was asking what they could do with my concern. Says, it takes two hours to take out the rear coil spring and put new back in and they dont have that 2 hrs. I managed to remove the spring, turn the lower insulation to proper mounting and put it all back in 30mins tops. 10mins of which is jacking the car up with regular jack and a jackstand. He says he knows better coz hes got 35years exp.

Dylan and Shane at Forman Honda were the best and made it super easy to work with when purchasing my new Passport Trailsport. Even though the dealership was preparing to move in a few days they were accommodating and efficient with getting me in and on my way in my new ride!
