Farm Credit Canada
They're okay if you don't have another option. We moved from FCC to Scotiabank because they offered more flexibility and less hoops to jump through. We're able to do more on our own without always having to ask permission to our funds. One of our relatives was all ready to build a new barn, they were told if they kept it under X amount of money it wouldn't be an issue. No communication for weeks, had guys ready to go and they said no. If you have a farm this is not your only option, do you research to find the right fit for your needs.
