My daughter and i have gone twice. The ladies made my daughters first experience unforgettable, very friendly , gentle and considerate. We Definitely will be returning..our go to salon.

Posting this as my wife's review doesn't show up for whatever reason.I really wanted to love this salon and use it regularly as it had good reviews and was new. The salon is beautiful, you can tell that they took their time and designed it. The environment is warm and welcoming as the staff are super friendly and kind, which is why I gave them 2 stars. However, I'm really unhappy with my service. I received a full solar acrylic nail set with a design and paid $75, including a 20% tip. I did receive their 20% off promotion. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time, which is fine, and my nails took over two hours. The lack of education and experience really shows. The shaping and length of my nails are wonky and uneven with acrylic build-up under the nails. The nail technician did no cuticle prep work before applying the acrylic, and applied acrylic onto my cuticles and completed an overall messy application which led to tons of filing and filing for me when I got home to file uneven and sharp edges. The UV Shellac was applied unevenly and didn't cure properly, leaving bubbles in my nails. The french design is uneven, and my nail extensions are chipping and lifting at the cuticle and the ends of my extentions. I do really believe the nail technician did the best that they could with their knowledge and experience, they tried to fix their mistakes and took their time to try and get the design right but ended needed another technician to help them with the design as it was taking them too long. I'm overall just really disappointed with my experience with this salon.Edit, I went back to the salon 8 days after my service and left feeling worse the second time. I had approached them and stated I was unhappy with my service and showed her my areas of concern. She asked if I would like another color, and I declined as I didn't want to have my nails damaged further and that it wasn't the only issue with my nails. I told her I would like a partial refund and for them to be removed. She took me to her area and removed them but didn't offer any sort of compensation and said, Sorry about that." I sat there in an uncomfortable environment by having the lady who put them on

I received the paraffin pedicure, and was blown away! Never have been so relaxed than I was here. The chairs are amazing. Thestaff was friendly, kind, and ensured I was happy and relaxed along the way. The interior of the buliding is so well designed and decorated. They even have the cutest pink heart e files. The price a very good especially for the quality of service. I highly recommend this new amazing business

These ladies are so welcoming and genuine. Patient as well, I am currently injured, and she was gentle and caring. Beautiful atmosphere and great for a stagette or a girl's day. Many services to choose from! I will definitely be returning again with my ladies just like today ! Thanks for making me smile<3

My favorite part about SunLe is that it is actually quiet and relaxing. There is no loud talking across the room and there is always relaxing music playing in the background.The staff are gentle and take their time, the space is clean, I would recommend!
