Thank you!//The ladies working in the Canada Post Centre are great and they try hard to shorten the ridiculously long line-ups (for the most part that is). But here's why I gave them 1 Star and why I don't go here anymore to send my mail.I often send bubble mailers within the country, but the ladies measure the bubble mailers very inaccurately, resulting in simple small bubble mailer envelopes to be incorrectly labelled as Small Parcels".The cost difference is right about $13-$14 and is a major flaw.I have addressed that about this issue but my questions got brushed off quickly.Therefor I'd strongly recommend mailing bubble-mailers from a different post office."

Stayed home all day to be home to receive a package that I wrote on my mail box to call me for when they arrive. Did not tall, did not leave a notice.Canada Post Mail service providers are NOT actually required to CALL ANYONE'S apartment to leave attempt delivery. Canada Post claims it is not part of their job description. That doesn't make ANY sense! Especially when a request for them to call the suit when delivering the mail.I called Canada post to discuss this and while requesting to file a complaint for not leaving a notice or attempting to call, they hung up.Greaaat service.

Lady at the counter was very helpful, told me about how the wildfire smoke meant that mail was frozen for a couple days, nice to know instead of wondering. Cheers!

These people serve loads of people, do the best they can and generally do well considering the resources. I only wish they were open latermy last few times visiting I've noticed some of the handlers have made errors or processed things in such ways that has made my shipping cost much more then it should. so it really depends on who you get. be mindful it has costed me lots!

The post office got rid of their service window a while ago so they no longer sell stamps or take parcels. Really frustrating.

The guy who delivers the mail parcels in Ladner is the best ! Very nice, polite and considerate ! We should all leave him and all the great mailmen and women Tim Hortons Gift Cards this year! Good guy. Also ! The ladies at the counter when you go in are great as well! Very helpful !

A very nice lady helped my send my package to Amazon. Very friendly, great customer service!

It shows close at 5:00. But when I arrive there, it close every day at 11:30.
