I rarely have to wait to be helped. I need to get an international driving permit. The photos were free (because I'm a CAA member) and taken right there. The permit was issued quickly. Now I am ready to drive around the world!!!

Hello,I had called on Thurs Aug 4,2022 7:26 am, 7:29, 7:31 am and 7:33 am for assistance to toe my car to dealership, left my membership number and my phone number, Till today no-one cared to return my call.Is this the service I get for being a Premier member? Got my IDP from here, very fast and easy. Took 10 minutes! They also take photos here so you don’t need to come with some, however it is a little more expensive to get them taken here than elsewhere

blew a tire, during a freezing rain event. I have CAA 'plus' membership. 20 minutes after telling me they were en route, they called back and said they were too busy"

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately I am having an issue with communication. I have tried to call Tiffany 2 times this week, and emailed her - I haven't hear anything and it seems they are trying to point blame" to Sunwing when really it is an staff issue. This is not the only time my phone calls

I would never pay for CAA again . when you submit a claim you can’t get a hold of anyone. On hold for 1hr 15 min.. left 3 messages including 2 emails.. no response. Brutal!!Don’t go with this company!

Terrible service. We call and leave messages and emails with no response. The only way to contact our travel agent is to physically go in and that is not always feasible. Very disappointed in the customer service.
