I have been blown away by the service I recieved at Southcoast Hyundai! The team at Southcoast Hyundai knew this was a huge deal for me and every single person I spoke to was personable, knowledgeable, and led with advice knowing this was my first big purchase as a young professional.I was referred to Southcoast Hyundai by the owner of a different dealership when their new car selection was out of my price range and I cannot overstate how amazing my experience was! The owner of the dealership, Kyle, took special care and actually sat in on my first meeting with GM Mark. Together they helped me pick a vehicle that met my needs and price point.They then introduced me to Melissa in sales who was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle I chose. Melissa was always quick to respond to my many questions and requests. She went above and beyond to work around my busy schedule and i felt like Melissa was genuinely excited for me knowing this was a big step in my life.Tammy in financing was also fantastic! Tammy thoroughly explained the differences between financing and leasing, answered my questions, offered extra packages but was never pushy and again was very accommodating to my schedule. Tammy made me feel very secure in leasing the 2022 Elantra.I would highly recommend Southcoast Hyundai especially for young people who want to feel secure and know that everything will be explained to them.

My car had an engine seizure and a faulty starter. Kim Neely and the other gentleman at the service desk took my case and fixed my car at no cost and at a minimal time by assuring me they had their best man working on my vehicle. They followed up the entire way and even filled the tank when I picked up my car!!!!! Melissa and Tammy were nothing short of fantastic. This team is top notch!! I had an amazing experience dealing with Ryan getting my 2023 Tucson!! Ryan walked me through the entire process and helped me choose a car that fit my needs and budget. He was extremely patient, answered all my questions, and provided guidance. Picked up my 22 Tucson Hybrid in March 22. Only took 5 months after ordering in October 2021. Came in couple weeks early. Right on. Buying experience with Melissa and Tammy was so easy and right to the point. I do my service with them on regular intervals and the service people are great. Eric, Guy and Kim are always very helpful and my vehicle is always ready when promised and washed. Great dealership and would definitely recommend. Oh and by the way I love my Tucson Hybrid.
