I visit to this pet store only out of necessity as it’s close to where I live. The store is a bit of a mess, and the staff act like their customers are invisible. It’s a little bizarre. Don’t expect a greeting or even so much as a nod of acknowledgement when you enter the store even if the staff isn’t helping anyone.

The owner and staff are amazing. I have been looking for this exact dog carrier since July and I walked in the store today and they said the bag was meant for Gabriel. It was her birthday yesterday so a perfect gift. We are unwrapping it now. Food, shampoo. If they don't have it, they will order it.

The absolute best! The owners are lovely and super knowledgeable. Had to find a very specific toy for my pup and they remembered and put it aside for me.

I came looking for a dog bed after being disappointed with the selection at Homesense, Winners, and Canadian Tire. The nice guy that works here recommended a bed. At first I thought it was a little pricey, but it's so nice, good quality and my dog loves it. It's also made in Canada.

Always my go-to when I need to restock on everyday basics or spend a bit more to spoil my pup. Everything is reasonably priced, the owner is super helpful, and they have a wide variety of toys, food, treats, clothing, and supplements.
