Mitchell and Varinder did professional work installing our new domestic hot water tank. They were careful carrying the unit into the basement and cleaned up any debris at the end of the job. Overall, the service work was excellent.

We had our water heater replaced by Josh and he did an amazing job. Josh was professional, ensured everything was done in a timely manner and installed correctly. He prioritized safety over everything. I appreciated that Josh explained everything that needed to be done and how he will do it. Upon completing the installation, he tested thoroughly ensuring we had no leaks and the water heater was functioning correctly. Josh did the whole installation alone and with a smile.Thank you very much for helping us install our new water heater

We are extremely pleased by the efficiency and professionalism from Joty. He immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended a high efficiency water heater. Completed the job very quickly even though our furnace room had many challenges. We would very highly recommend Joty for any water heater installation and services.

We had wonderful service from our technician Warren D. today. He was on time, friendly, and communicative explaining everything going on with our AC and furnace today as well as things to be aware of for the future. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend to anyone looking for help maintaining or servicing their AC.
