J’ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie , il mon financer un auto qui au bout de 1 semaine ne fonctionne plus . MALGRÉ que l’auto a été arranger il refais le même DAUTRE problème qui me coûte plus cher et qui vaux même ps la pein . La compagnie te charge beaucoup en intérêt et son même ps capable de t’aider . Ces une compagnie de crosseur faite bien attention .ils finance des autos à problème cacher .

This place (auto all star back then) helped me tremendously so I am permanently in debt to them. BUT there is a serious language issue with their customer service sadly. Not only do they barely have any English speaking employees, but the French ones flat out hang up on you when you speak English, one even raised their voice toward me when I asked ever so politely “do you speak English” yes I’m aware this is Quebec, but the English language exists and is the global language of communication for business in the country of canada, including Quebec.

They found me the car I wanted, and were quick to get the process done, and to help guide me through the buying of the car.Over the 4 years i've been paying it off, I have missed some payments, but they've always worked with me to find solutions, reduce payments and make up for them other times, and have done everything to help out.The staff that i've talked to have always been amazing, and treated me like a good friend.I just finished paying off my car today, but i'm already looking to start a file with them again to get something newer. They've got my business for a long, long time, and should never change.Thanks to all the guys and gals at Finova! You are all very amazing!
