An excellent tanning salon. Great staff and great beds. Consistently reliable for the over 8 years I have been a client. Immediate natural results with a few visits is what makes Midnight stand above the rest.

Maya , the owner had some very nasty & rude messages sent to me privately. I tanned here before she owned it and the older owner was so much better. Maya has lost alot of costumers due to her inability to be kind. Her staff is amazing , all of them. However myself and a bunch of others have to leave due to Mayas slanderous words and unkind comments. The tanning beds are good .. but the service by her is NIT worth it !

Last year I purchased one of the packages that offered 20 Tan's.I actually only got 15 tans Because it's based off a ticket system (where you have to actually bring in these little tickets every time) and depending on length of tan you pay extra tickets. So I could either get 20 8 min tans,and no color. Or could get 15 or less tans and actually get results. Definitely not how it's advertised and it's definitely not a great experience (having to bring in tickets rather than just sign/scan in)The staff were great though*** I bought my lotion from you...and I tan VERY well at any other salon when I go for more than 8 mins . So thank you for trying to say its a me problem . Im just leaving an honest review. I was not told that the 20 could actually be 10 based off the time. 20 Tan's means 20 Tan's to me. Not 20 but actually 10

Had a bad experience at midnight sun. Bought a tanning package that consisted of 20 tickets for me to split with my fiancee. She was given a set of 10 tickets and i was given another set of 10. After a few tans i misplaced my set of tickets. I headed to midnight sun to see if i had left them there the day before but i was told by the employee that nothing was left behind. I asked to see if it was possible for me to be given another set of tickets and was told that it was not possible by the employee on duty. I was willing to show the receipt for my purchase and even brought the other batch of tickets that i was splitting with my fiancee. The employee called the owner Deb by phone and right away she was told that there is no way i could receive a replacement for the tickets. That these tickets are considered cash and that each ticket has a unique serial number. For a business that does not use computers to keep track of their clients i found midnight sun to be disorganized. I found out that every time you go for a tan, there is a client book kept where it shows which bed you use and for how long. There is also a client card where they write similar information every time you go for a tan. Out of the 4 times i went tanning i was only recorded for one tanning on the client card. When i asked if they could at least back track and figure out how many tans and tickets i have used, the employee told me that they get rid of these tracking sheets every night. I was also told that even if we had back tracked to see how many tickets i used, that this doesn't help me get my tickets back as tickets that are valued as cash and that each ticket has a serial number. If this is true, i feel that with more reasoning midnight sun should be able to figure out which are the tickets that i misplaced so no stranger can use them on my behalf in case somebody else uses them I don't see myself as the only client that have ever lost their tickets. It seems like midnight sun would prefer to assume that if somebody is trying to claim lost tickets that the clients are doing it to scam the business. Instead of having a system in place that could prevent these inconveniences happening.I think i lost about 4 tickets which equals about 2 16 minute tans which is not worth that much to me but is the principle of Deb the owner not even wanting to look further into this and possibly retaining a new regular client.

I've been going to Midnight Sun for 4 years now and I have to stay, compared to other Salons, the staff & Deb the owner have been amazing! Deb takes pride in making sure her Salon is clean at all times and clients are satisfied.I've just read a couple of the past reviews and I'm shaking my head - how can you blame the Salon if you lost your tanning vouchers, it's like blaming the car manufacturer for losing the keys to my car LOL. I've lost a voucher booklet once, but I never once complained, it's not the salon's fault...I've only met Deb a few times and from my experience, she's been great!

I love this Salon for tanning! Best beds around, clean environment, friendly Beautiful knowlegable and Caring Staff, great results. Worth the price.Customer for 5+ Years

I'm not a regular tanning client asI only going for a base tan for when I'm going away .The salon is immaculate. The staff is very friendly and quite knowledgeable in everything about the services that they offer .The owner Deb is a pleasure to deal with and welcomes you making you feel at ease from the moment you enter .I highly recommend if you're looking for a great tanning experience then check out her salon.Five stars for sure.

What a great experience! The salon is always immaculate and the service is very friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed spray tan and regular tanning services here for a while now.Most recently I have been going to the salon for laser hair removal which I am amazed at the results. Life changing. Shaving and plucking are becoming a daunting task of the past. The treatment is pain free and the technician always makes me feel at ease when removing hair in certain areas that I am embarrassed about.I have had the pleasure of meeting the owners Deborah and Ken and they have great pride in both their establishment and the level of service that is provided to their clients.I highly recommend a visit!
