Horrible place. Shoddy workmanship. The owner, Tony, has some serious anger issues. Does not take ownership of his mistakes. Avoid this place.

Took my own board to be engraved, they did a fantastic job in less than an hour!! Lovely staff!

Seemed like quality and beautiful workmanship based on others' photos, unfortunately what we were sold does not fall into that category. Not only did he insult us and want us to spend more money to fix a deficiency we did not cause, the anger issues that another reviewer noted are very real and on a level I've never experienced before.After we purchased a pastry/pasta board, we noticed an imperfection and asked Tony if he could buff it out and also finish the other side. When we got it back the board was warped and he accused us of using vegetable oil on it. Then he said it was water. We did neither of these things but he wouldn't believe me. We entered a standstill and I was berated for daring to suggest we didn't get what we paid for. We were then told we could have it re-planed for an additional $100 – but he also told us it will warp again so I don't understand how this a resolution. Not only was it given back in worse condition, the initial issue we brought it back for was not fixed nor were both sides of the board even finished. He claimed to have pride in his work but in our experience he was just proud. He happily stamped his name on this (his logo was literally not etched into the board until after we brought it back!). You don't always get what you pay for, but to be called a liar and get yelled at are not what you expect nor how you treat people in general. A genuinely flooring and frustrating experience.

If you want truly beautiful and unique pieces in wood, this is the place. Super recommended with excellent attention by their own owners. I love this store!
