Hillkeep Regional Park
I grew up in Chilliwack but have been gone 17+ years now, so I'd never been to this park. Found it online and via Google Earth and thought I'd check it out with my two boys, aged 7 and 8. It was a great walk in the woods with some nice views and some options to show them some things I hope they'll remember. Great little spot.

Cute easy short trails. The lookout is separate from the other trails, same start point. Go left for the lookout, go right for a longer trail. The drive up is even worth it.

View point trial is a nice hiking for starters and kids. You will reach the view point in less than 10mins so not so much for fitness seekers. View is fantastic and you get to see the cheam, lady and all other peaks on a sunny day as I did. There is other trial for regular hikers and overall it's a good one. Forgot about the road up the hill and it's pretty curved. Drive slow and enjoy the view both sides of the hill.

Beautiful view and a nice hike up. It's good for novice hikers. I always pretend I'm hiking up to weathertop.

An easy walk to a viewpoint overlooking Chilliwack and a pretty loop through a forest spotting mushrooms and giant leaves. Great for families. Dogs allowed on leash.

Not a long walk, but lovely all the same. The drive up to the top is nice and the view of the city at the top is great! The loop trail leads you through a forest with singing birds. Though this loop is short, it is hilly. The trail up to the lookout is nice, with stairs that lead you to a great lookout of the city.

Good little hike. Not very challenging. Good place to walk your dog on the loop trail. The view is great on a nice day

A great little local park. This park has short loops for hiking, really strolling, and a great viewpoint across the valley. Best to go on a clear day.The location would be better served if there was an outhouse if needed so go before you go.

Such a beautiful walk. Went on a birding walk and were pleased with the peacefulness of the Park. Some parts of the trail were even grass and not difficult to walk.
