Forestview Retirement Residence

Forestview is very honest about their pricing, and very prompt and frequent with their communication. My mom lived on the assisted living floor for a short time before she died. Apart from one person working the front desk, everyone (at least 2 dozen staff) I encountered working there was friendly, caring, kind, loving and approachable. My mom needed a private PSW to stay with her that we hired from outside Forestview. There were 5 different PSWs that we brought in to help my mom, and every single one of them said Forestview was the nicest home they had ever worked in. The nurses (especially Marites) and PSWs (especially Bibiana), and dining staff at Forestview are extremely hard working and they treat the residents like they are their own family.The sales team and management team are honest and helpful. If they don't know the answer to a question, they find out for you.Parking is easy and free. The residence is secure and safe.

I'm impressed with the Forestview Retirement Residence's handling of the current pandemic situation. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The food service and quality is on the level of a five star hotel.

For the past two years, my mother and originally my parents have resided here. It was not their first retirement home experience but it is second to none. From the facility amenities, suites, cleanliness, staffing, friendliness, care and food service I could not imagine a better place for seniors to call home. Resort living standards!!!!!

Exceptionally friendly staff that go above and beyond the call of duty. Exceptionally clean and welcoming environment. ( Important in pandemic times) the opulence that could give the biggest 5 star hotels / resorts / care homes a run for their ratings.

Forestview Retirement Home at Bathurst and Finch is a nice place. There is some very nice residents there. Most of the staff is friendly.What i hear alot of complaining about is food choices...everything is chicken everyday". " We don't get steak; good fish; too much french fries; fish & chip all day; no good vegetables; bananas alway too ripe; desert not good choices; breakfast served at lunch too; breakfast don't have hot meals like porridge

My grandparents are residents of this retirement home and they are pleased with their experience.Linda the general manager has also been incredibly accommodating.I would highly recommend this home.

I have been very impressed with Forestview Retirement Residence. The building is clean and well laid out. The staff is incredible! They have a caring, dedicated team that always put the residents first. I would recommend Forestview to any family looking for a special home for their loved one.

My father recently moved in to Forestview and we are very pleased so far. His apartment is beautiful, the food is great, and the staff are lovely. My mom is still in rehab recovering from surgery, but is eagerly awaiting her move-in. Carolina from Forestview often sends her care packages, which are much appreciated!

Forestview Retirement Residence has wonderful residents and an amazing team. The staff continue to stay dedicated and go above and beyond for their residents during these hard times of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is truly a place you can call home.

Forestview Retirement Residence is by far the best home in the city. The Residents are so welcoming and the staff truly cares about making their experience wonderful. I would recommend this residence to anyone looking for a place to call home!
