Arbitrary pricing, no receipt, didn’t actually fix the problem. Didn’t have basic repair tools on hand. Tried to unscrew a bolt using a pair of pliers. Would not recommend. For the price I paid, could have gotten Velofix professional mechanic to come to my house.

Bought a bike for my son on Sunday morning from Walmart. Bike was still in the box and needed to be assembled. Thought I would have to wait at least a week to get it back from a bike shop considering because of covid all the shops are extra busy. Decided to try these young men. And I'm definitely happy I did. Not only were they close to my house , but they had the bike finished and ready for pick up the next day. Had very good bike knowledge. Dont let thier age fool you, I would definitely go bike for any of my bike needs 100% . My son was happy with his suprise bike, thank you Ozola Bike Repair.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It is run by a kid in a garage full of junk. His one hour repair ended up taking a month (and I have little confidence the repair will last). I paid $80 and a pedal fell off the second time the bike was used leaving my son stranded. The pedals were installed without the bolts. When asked about it he said he didn't do it and blamed his neighbor!?! Yet he collected $80 from me. Save yourself some time, money and frustration and take your bike elsewhere!

I went there for cycle tyre replacement and puncture on the same tube . They replaced the tyre when next day I was going to install tyre on cycle. It was flat , they never fixed the puncture on the same tube and I paid for tyre and puncture both.
