Used The Last detail services for many of my clients in the past. Ella was wonderful and provided quality staging. Recently something changed and her attitude and honestly went out the door. Unfortunately I cannot go into detail here as she threatened me with legal action.On the bright side - As a real estate agent, we realized that staging a house doesn’t do anything to get a higher sale price as the market will dictate the price.

Ella came to our house in East York and quoted us for 3 floors and we agreed to the job. The day of staging the team only staged 2 floors, when I asked Ella about this she said the standard package is for 2 floors and another floor would be almost double the amount. I was speechless because just 1 week ago she clearly gave me a quote for 3 floors. The sale of our house didn’t go as expected as it sold for 55k less than asking. Obviously I’m not happy with the results as furniture on the 3rd floor would have gotten us life changing money. I’m genuinely very disappointed in Ella and her team.

We wanted a more contemporary modern look but the furniture we got was mostly cheap dated design. I think the better furniture was held up at other houses that are not selling. We ended up getting less than expected and really wish we used another staging company.
