ACIA Construction LLC. (Fence Installation Rochester NY)

Our fence is beautiful. Acia Construction people were on time, professional and so quick. They made sure everything was straight and secure. The job was done in a few hours and we are so happy.Great price for the product also. We took out some ugly bushes on a burm in our side yard and had Acia install the fencing. It couldn't look better! Really friendly workers also. We recommend them highly and would use them again.

They were very good at putting posts exactly where they need to be so that the fence is all on my property. They also worked with me with getting the town involved to make sure everything was kosher. Tom was very responsive both in texting and email to make sure that all the details were covered. Would use again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Buyers beware. I had a similar experience as Micheal Ortega. October 2017, I used Lowe's to do the install of not only my fence but my deck as well. With the fence I had to get the permit, which I did. Lowe's delivered all the supplies at once, causing confusion but cleared the matter up. The contractor for the deck made contact with me from start to finish. This company Acia came after to install my fence, they were very unprofessional. They would leave without saying a word to me at the end of the day. I came home on what I found out was the last day and completion with no documents and a dirty fence. My fence is a white vinyl and it was left filthy. I called and spoke with their correspondent and was told she would send someone out to clean it, never happened. I waited and waited and had to power wash it myself. April 2018 a section of my fence fell apart. I live in Greece, NY (suburb of Rochester) we had winds of 34 mph that day. I called Lowe's to get in contact with Acia in regards. They responded out put the slates back in and reinforced the top piece. They left without talking with me about what the issue was. Keep in mind I only had the fence at this point for six (6) months. February 2019 another section of fence started to separate from the post at the top (see photo). I called Lowe's again and was told that they would call Acia to put a work order in to come out and see what the issue was. I waited for over a week, explaining that I was afraid that section would fall out. I call back and was told that they left another message with Acia since no one answered. Later that evening I received a call from Lowe's project coordinator who informed me that no on will be coming out since it was over the year warranty Lowe's issues. I made my complaints with the BBB since I know the fence was not installed properly and didn't get what I paid for. I did get a contractor to come out and assess the damage and repair. Acia cut the top section too short, so they replaced that piece ($20) and installed and reinforced all sections that would have been a problem later on for $20. The insulting part of this is Acia installed my fence and all they needed to do was take the time and care about the work they were doing. This says they didn't car about my fence install. I get the positive reviews and I am truly happy that they did not have any problems but my review is for the other's who did and will have a horrible experience. As consumers we deserve to get the quality work that we paid for. This fence installation was not cheap and as I said prior I had my deck installed as well. Acia received all their money so all I asked for is a quality job done on my installation. I shouldn't have to open my blinds and see my fence on the ground. That being said, please do your homework. ACIA installed a chain link fence for us. The workmanship was excellent and all my questions were answered. The fence was installed exactly the way we required. I would highly recommend ACIA Construction for all your fencing needs.

We needed to fence in our backyard to allow our kids and dog to safely play. Tom at Acia was very professional and responsive to questions and concerns. His crew came out and was able to install our fence in one day. They were all polite and friendly. Tom was able to work with us to make a plan that fit our needs, budget, and time frame. We are beyond excited to have such a great outdoor living space. The kids and dog love their freedom to run and play as they see fit :)

Great fence company. Their craftsmanship is second to none. The fence looks great. Like others, we had issues with the install but the issues were NOT with ACIA. They were with Lowe's. Kim and her crew did everything they could to make it right and complete the job in a timely manner. I would recommend ACIA to anyone looking for a quality fence installation.

I could not love our new fence any more than I do! It may be my favorite part of our new house. The team at ACIA are so friendly and professional, and our fence was installed before we even moved in. I highly recommend them!

Kim the owner is so personable and a true joy to talk to on the phone and Tommy came out to measure for me multiple times without hesitation (due to my indecisive mind and commitment issues!) ;)I have already recommended ACIA to 4 different people in the last 24 hours and don't plan on stopping.10/10 would suggest using them for your next fence project. Extremely thrilled with the results!
