Tried to check in this motel twice but the abuse was too much for me. On my third attempt I managed to check in making a reservation by phone, only because Whyndam gave me some discounts based on the abuse I took at their other two hotels in Abbotsford. I am on day and half and can write an essay in how I was harassed at this place by all front desk staff including the manager who I tried to complain to. Do not recommend racial minorities in this place or any other Whyndam hotel in Abbotsford.

Room was disgusting. Carpet was freyed and so dirty with black spots all over it. Beds were made but sheets on bed looked like they were not changed from last guests as they were extremely wrinkled and did not smell washed. Room smelled like someone vomited in an earlier stay. Noise outside all night long. Squealing tires and people swearing at 2 am on a Sunday night. We got in late and had an early flight so we simply slept in our clothes on top of bedding. Breakfast was not much better. No cream for coffee nor peanut butter for toast. Extent of offerings were 2 cereals, white bread for toast, jam, yogurt and apples. Stayed at a Super 8 in Canmore and it was 100% better. Stay away from this hotel!!!

Rooms were old and Nasty. Complimentary breakfast was horrible.. barely any food, worst Complimentary breakfast I have had at a Super 8.... I would not recommend this Super 8 nor will I stay there again.

The rooms are in bad need of an update. As soon as we walked in we could smell how musty the room was. I next see a lounge type chair that was filthy dirty and ripped. The chair at the desk was old and ripped. All the lamps were crooked and had stains on them. We didn't want to walk in bare feet on the carpets as so dirty. This room was over $300/night and it wasn't worth $100/night. Also, when I got home and looked at my credit card, they have over $700 in pending charges!!! I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is overpriced for what you get. The breakfast was thoroughly underwhelming and the room was clean but not to the level expected for the price paid. The staff were friendly and courteous I have no complaints there.

The rooms had bugs in the rooms and in the beds hair everywhere Ather don’t clean it properly the rooms smell and the outside stinks the rooms outside so gross. The pools have way to much chlorine and gives my daughter bad rashes and there’s blood everywhere and snot the pools give you scars and the slide is not built properly the bumps are not levelled and hits your head this stay was the worst I’ve ever stayed in do not come to super 8. It is not worth the money.

The room looked just like the photos online. Located near many amenities so very busy. Offers secured underground parking. Pool has great slide. My only complaint is the sparse breakfast which only included yogurt and toast.

I have stayed in several Super 8 motels over the past 15 years. This one was cleanest and most modern of them all. However, the most important feature in any motel room is the bed! This one (a queen) was lumpy and sagging. The mattress should have been replaced years ago - why didn't they do so when they modernized the paint, flooring and furniture! The tub/shower floor was dangerously slippery yet no rubber anti-slip mats were available.

If I could put a zero star I would. Outrageous price for this garbage motel. 300$ for one night? Are you kidding me. I had no choice because everything was sold out and you’d think they would set a capped rate for garbage motels. I can’t believe it. I made it well known that I wasn’t impressed and they couldn’t bother to offer any sort of discount or even anything complimentary for spending this ridiculous amount. This hotel experience made me never want to come back to British Columbia ever again. Super disappointed in the super 8 motel and the way they have their rates.

Very happy with this hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool is very nice and has a slide! Great for big and little kids! Breakfast was adequate and goes for several hours. Would definitely recommend.
