Highly professional electricians that know their jobs inside out. Problem solved to ensure their installation was perfect. They treated our home with respect, cleaned up afterwards. They wore booties! What more can you ask for. Had them update the electric service to our bathroom and added a fan. Can't wait until they install our heat pump. We had our heat pump installed for us by someone else, but needed an electrician to get the final things hooked up. I decided to call Thomas Edison Electric as they had good reviews, and I've seen the trucks around town before. What great service! They were booked solid and we had a tight window on when we would be home to get it done due to our work schedules. They managed to squeeze us in - the administrative assistants alone made the experience better than most services I've had to deal with and the electricians got the job done within an hour. Cannot speak for the price as we have not yet received our invoice, but these guys will definitely be my first call next time I need electrical work done!

We've used Thomas Edison several times and have never been disappointed. Reasonable pricing, on time, and unlike other contractors that we've used they clean up when finished taking all garbage and old equipment with them. We'll never use anyone else.

Excellent mini heat pump cleaning and service. Eric took the units apart inside and out, flushed out everything, explaining every step, in detail. We let him hose off the parts in our bathtub, which he completely cleaned when he was done. The airflow has been increased by about 100%. The equipment, a Lennox MS7 single zone, mini split system air conditioner and heat pump looks and works like new. The price quoted was a flat rate, guaranteed and delivered to the penny, including a 10% discount. What sold me initially was the attentive and knowledgeable telephone manner of the technician, in sharp contrast with three other places I had called previously. Good work!

Set up a appointment to meet there heat pump guy Wednesday at 2 they called that day and pushed it till Friday at 4 and never called or showed up Friday

We had heat pumps installed this Spring and TEE came in and did the work.From start to finish they were professional, on time and courteous; plus cleaned up after themselves. I will call them again for any electrical work that needs to be done. Love my heat pumps!
