This will work wonders for people actually looking to save themselves. It's too bad most aren't there to get better, they just don't want withdrawals between their highs. They give the place a bad name.

Literally saved my life, so if you're ready to live better and make the necessary changes to do it, then the staff will hook you up with a doctor, and then you can start your journey to a better life.

Love the staff. Very caring. Its not just about handing you the drink. They converse with you and are there to help. The one that has replaced the meanie lab tec lady. Well she rocks. And i am very happy to have my Dr. From Kingston back. Dr. Bonham- Carter is one of the best. He wont just push the stuff he pays attention and works with you. And he will not over medicated anyone. R.I.P. Dr.Scott sadly missed.

This is a good place and you for sure get what you put in .. I’m not in favour of the methadone but the clinic itself is great .. the staff have only ever been nice to me they are fair there ... I miss having my old dr but the dr there now is helpful and I feel more careful especially with medications you are on interacting with the methadone . My only complaints would be that they do consistently “forget” to fax my script over to my local pharmacy . The soap dispenser does not work and is very Grundgy the bathrooms are rather dirty and sometimes the wait is crazy long ... but it is a methadone clinic .. I do think they are well organized tho always reminding you of your dr appointments and such .. and I have had very good experiences with the staff they have all been nice unless I was being rude then I was treated rude back of course ...

This program saved my life, Dr there truly cares, he tried to work out the situation so that it's in your best interest, which isn't ALWAYS what you want. The staff is amazing and I miss Nancy :(

It’s sad for me to read the previous reviews since I had and still have an amazing relationship with all the staff and Doctors at this clinic. I guess you get out of what you put into, if you expect the results you are looking for.

I've visited this clinic on two seperate occasions. Both times the place was dirty; full, black garbage bags piled in the waiting room was unsightly to say the least but it accompanied the general atmosphere quite fittingly. The staff at the front counter during my first visit were very rude and unwilling to provide any assistance and sent me away because I was new to the area. They were unwilling to because they did not want to do the billing. My second visit got me past the front counter but was almost as bad as the first. I was treated cordially by some front counter staff, only one was rude. I spent sometime sitting in the waiting room and about half hour sitting in a chair while having my first meeting with one of their counsellors. I have an S-curve in my spine, one hip higher than the other, deteriorated discs, vertebrae damage in multiple places, etc. None of which this councellor knew of or asked about during our 15 minute conversation. Near the end she looked at me and said, if I were there to obtain any medication she would be withholding it because in her opinion, I was intoxicated. I couldn't believe it. I was so shocked at first I couldn't even fully comprehend what she had just said. I was asked to leave a sample on my way out and rebook another appointment at a later date. As I was in the washroom, it began to sink in. I became more upset by the second, the more I thought about what had just happened. I left my sample and returned to her office and asked why she thought and said what she had. She was reluctant to explain. I told her I would not be back. She finally told me that I was fidgeting and constantly moving about while sitting in the chair speaking with her. My eye contact was off as well. I was embarrassed and enraged that she, being a supposed medical professional in control of very powerful, highly addictive medication could jump to conclusions and be so judgemental and narrow minded.I told her how she made me feel and how irresponsible and ignorant she was before leaving. There really is no need. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone, ever.
