Very friendly staff, were patient with my lack of botanical knowledge. For that reason I can't adequately review the flowers but my grandma seemed to be quite happy with them. Good spot, buy their stuff.

Amazing arrangement, great quality flowers (pictures are after 2 days) and last minute valentine's day accommodation, highly recommend.

Called in for a bouquet - lady was very helpful and made a gorgeous arrangement in just 15 minutes. Clearly takes great pride in her work

I've dealt with many florists across Canada over the years. The Customer Service from the owner of this store has to be the worst experience I've ever had. I was there to order a flower arrangement consisting of a case (25) blue roses, 11 red roses, and one white rose. No discount was offered by the owner even though I was ordering a case of the blue. Because of her attitude, I cancelled the order, and walked out of the store. I went to a nearby florist in Vaudreuil, who offered, without me asking, a significant reduction in price for the case of blue roses, in comparison to Flora Passion. The other coloured roses were also cheaper. Flora Passion lost a roughly $4000 a year account with me, because of the arrogance and attitude of the owner. I'll never step in that store again!

I need to buy flowers for an event of about 250 people but judging by the owners response to bad reviews below..LOL how rudeI will not give them my business

I was a bit rushed to get home before my guests arrived today, but I thought I’d stop in to get a little gift for my guest of honour. The boutique was quite lovely and if I had more time I would have certainly looked around at the decor items. The owner (it seemed) was on the phone when I arrived but finished the conversation quickly and I asked if there were any prepared bouquets available. She told me there were not but it would only take a couple minutes to prepare one. There weren’t many types of flowers but some large roses caught my eye. I asked the price of these roses to which a was told a price, over $5 per stem. It was a bit pricey from my experience because I often get lovely roses from Costco for $20 per 24 stems. I said it was ok, and thanked her as I was leaving the store. She asked me if it was too expensive, to which I replied it was a bit expensive. She then expressed if I could afford the bag I was wearing I should be able to afford the flowers then full-out LAUGHED at me. It was truly one of the worse customer service experiences I have ever had. I have worked in retail and in restaurants and would have never treated my clients as such. I honestly would have come back to shop in the decor area when I had more time, but I will never visit this store again. I was raised to never mock someone’s circumstances like that and not to judge someone by their appearance. You never know what a stranger is going through. It was a very hurtful experience to say the least.

Amazing place. I got married in October and had a wonderful experience here. I had all my bouquets made, a floral crown and was even able to order additional flowers to make little arrangements for my ceremony and reception. They spent hours with my helping me choose flowers in the color and style I wanted and a budget I could afford. I was blown away by how personal this experience was and would recommend 100 percent.

There were 2 bouquets of flowers that were ordered for more than 100 dollars and the look of the flowers delivered were like the ones you buy at the supermarket. The flowers were not worth the money paid. In addition to that, I got a call from this flower shop notifying me that they delivered one of the two bouquets by error and it wasn't the originally ordered. The delivered the bouquet and asked me to return the one delivered already ( I guess they will use the same flowers not fresh anymore for another client). This situation was not handled properly, and I don't advise anyone to buy flowers for your loved ones from this place.

Has nothing to do with the services but everything to do with the owners attitude. I was parked at the dry cleaners (legally) and a older women claiming to be the owner was yelling at me because according to her I was parked too close to the yellow line (when the spot she was parked in was a no parking zone). I honestly thought she was joking at first but no, the angry women started using horrible language telling me she's allowed to park in that clearly marked no parking zone". Not very wise from a business point of view to fight with a potential customer like that. Bad attitude
