Off Grid Trek

Got an EcoFlow River 600 Max to run a cpap while camping. My ResMed air sense 10 uses about 15% a night over DC power depending on mask seal and settings. Charged up several devices such as flashlights phones and more. Love how quickly it recharges. I was in a hurry to get it because my previous solution was not working anymore. Rene from Off Grid Trek was very responsive to email and super accommodating getting me going. I couldn’t be happier. Great product great service!

I've come across the products of Off Grid Trek after a rather intensive search for a portable, durable and high quality Solar-solution that works good even in bad weather. On the way I found many products that claim to cover those factors. And a number of big Names too. When I finally came across Off Grid Treks products, I already went through the pros and cons of many other products available and what people actually experienced in the field with them. Long story short, Off Grid Trek seemed to offer by far the best product for my needs. So I contacted Rene (the owner) to discuss the details of how his products work and what solution might be good for me at the moment. Rene was very forthcoming and helpful in this process. Great costumer service! I live in germany by the way. In the end I decided to buy the 120 Watt Blanket and two 28.5 Watt Panels with additional cables and the small solar controller, two EMP bags and one carrying bag. So I bought it and it was sent to me in germany right away via UPS. After some back and forth at the customs (be prepared for that, by sending them the invoice and such! It will cost quite a bit more) it finally arrived. My first impression of all the products was that these products are very good and high quality and have well-made materials and that everything is thought through very good. Since then, I've started to test the products under various conditions to see what they can deliver (even in rather bad weather), and I'm very positively surprised there as well. They deliver what is promised and sometimes even better than advertised. So all in all I can highly recommend these products and hope Rene and his guys will have a lot of success and continue to bring out great products. Rene's experience in the military, for Satellite Communication Providers and NGO’s as well as Government/Military Agencies, really shines through in how well the products are made. What is promised is delivered. Also of note is the back plating of the very high efficiency solar cells from Sunpower in the blankets with some sort of stiff fiber material, so that you don't run the risk of bending and damaging the cells. I've not seen any other provider think about this important aspect as Rene did. As I said, a very well thought through product. And yes, according to Rene his products really have similar capabilities as the company Powerfilm provides, in that you can damage or shoot a whole through a cell and the rest can still work. Same with shadowing of parts of the panel, the rest still works. Would be nice to see more people actually using, testing any buying his products.

Ordered 200 watt solar blanket. It is amazing so efficient. I am able to keep my EcoFlow delta charged. The quality is premium and rugged. The most impressive thing was the customer service! I am new to the world of solar and every email was answered in true helpful fashion.

I'm thankful for Rene that went a little bit out of his way to help me out getting a specific cable that's out of stock everywhere else but that thanks to his preparedness had a couple in surplus.
