Been more than a year since getting my machine here and have had great support which comes every 6 or so months. Haven't had any pressure to get replacement parts and as for their water refill program for clients, it's perfect! Only issue I have is during the time I went in and saw a person refilling jugs without this company label and nobody stopped him. It's not enforced despite a warning sticker being on the machine asking users to be considerate. He did stop to let me use as I had only one jug, but he brought in four!

This is the second machine I have bought here! The first was a small air mini and the second was a new resmed 11 new machine on my benefits! Amazing customer service and support here! I would recommend this to everyone and have told all my colleagues from BC Transit

❤️I have received amazing service at the Shelbourne location. Jason is so knowledgeable and willing to work with me on problem solving any issues that have arisen. I am also very impressed with the weekly text messages I have been receiving from Perla and Meagan, just to check to see how my first month of Cpap has been going. ❤️

I was really reluctant to have a sleep test done, but Perla was so kind and thorough in explaining the process to me. The results of the test were received quickly and Jason and Perla made sure the purchase of my CPAP was smooth. Jason went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with my machine. The machine is working great and the app that connects to the machine is easy to use. They also offer free refills of distilled water with a purchase of their jug so that has been super handy.

Staff are knowledgeable (several use a CPAP) as well as friendly and available to answer all questions. At home sleep test went well and results explained and copies given. Thorough instructions given to start use of machine. I highly recommend, this from a retired RN.

Had an amazing experience dealing with Jason. Went in to inquire about a new mask and Jason gave me a ton of information I never knew. Very grateful for his help and would recommend this location for sure. And the new mask I’m using now is great.

I visited the clinic on beginning of february, since i reached, was beautiful sweet greeting from Perla, sorry if i miss the spelling name, than i meet with Jason, Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great communication. Made everything easy for me.I do really recommend to any one need to be help to visit this clinic,and I really insist the manager or owners of the clinic to create a special awards for both of them for their kindness and supportive extra job, because they deserve that, and teach others to learn from them,Excellent Job Perla , and Jason

I visited the clinic in May of 2022, I was greeted by a very sweet and caring Perla, sorry if i miss the spelling name, then i met Tori they were really great to work with. I was set up with my machine but then had to return it for personal reasons. I was able to finally come back this past week in February to get set up with my machine and had my appointment with Jason, who was very helpful and made all this really easy for me. I highly recommend this clinic, if you are in need of help with getting tested or information or the CPAP machines. They are always there to answer the questions I have or if I am not able figure out my mask they are there to help me.
