I was excited to have finally found a shower pan that appeared to be of higher quality than one you could find at the big box stores. And indeed, I would say the overall build construction of the shower pan is excellent. I hired two very highly rated contractors with a lot of experience to install it. They tried everything they could, but noted that there was an imperfection in the shower pan that causes a lot of water to pool into 3 of the corners, and it's impossible for the water to drain correctly. Even after waiting 24 hours the pools of water are still there.When you pay $1200+ for a shower pan (around 3-6 times the typical price) you expect a shower pan that will drain correctly. Our wholesaler of Valley products has been doing everything they can to get someone at Valley to call them back and come up with a resolution, but Valley has been reluctant to do so, leaving us in a real bind.

Disappointed with Valley Bathtubs. I ordered a Valley bathtub from Home Depot (as they had it in stock and Valley didn't) and was eager to support a small local business during the pandemic. When I called them directly to get the drain assembly they told me which drain to buy and I ordered it. It came and was WAY too big for the tub! There was no way that that drain would work for the tub.We had to buy another drain assembly and install it, then we tried to return the new, unused, pristine drain that was too big. Apparently we were supposed to cut the drain to make it fit . . . what? Why would I cut a drain if it was supposedly made for this tub? There was nothing in the instructions or online that said this - plus there was the drain on one end and the overflow on the other.Long story short(er) - we had to pay a 25% restocking fee and a $30 freight fee back to Mission. That's over $100 wasted in my attempt to support local. Very bad customer service!

We have valley faucets installed in our house by a contractor. They are all the same age as they were all installed during a reno. They are all 5 years old. So far, 3 out of 5 faucets have had faulty cartridges that have failed within the last 4 months. Service team dug through records to find the reciepts for warranty coverage and delivered 4 new cartridges in person. Thank you. I have ammended the original review.

Best prices and selection. I will never go anywhere else. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had a short deadline and they were able to accommodate. I have used them for about 5 of my projects so and I am never going back to my old supplier.

I can’t remember the last time I was so impressed by a company’s willingness to help (especially as there was really nothing in it for them: I already have the big items and was just looking for a very tiny replacement part). The marvellous people at Valley Acrylic went well above and beyond to help me. I’ve always been happy with their products, but after such excellent customer service, I’d never go anywhere else for anything I can get from Valley. Great products and delightful people (especially the kind, funny, and patient Genny!).

Update Dec 10, I had ordered the replacement part for my tub with their discount codes provided to me to make the purchase free for the warranty. I am now being told that they will not honour the free shipping and I have to pay it. So I have to pay $63 shipping to get my warrantied part. Terrible customer service. They claim to only warranty the tub itself and not the drain assembly that comes with the tub. I am ashamed this company is Canadian.Edit: the below was my initial review of my warranty situation with Valley. I have since changed my rating and added this edit. I was contacted via email and everything was taken care of and my warranty for the drain plug was honoured. Thank you valley.Well, I wanted to give them a 4* review as I was initially very happy with the Valley Bathtub I had purchased from Home Depot and installed in our new bathroom. However, after about 6 months the pop up tub stopper broke. I managed to get it back together properly but just had it break again because of the faulty construction. I emailed the support team, provided them with the photos and information they requested. The response was a $20 off discount code on a $40 product and on top of that, their cheapest shipping option from BC to Ontario was $63. Not the customer service I would have expected on a warranty issue. Any other bathtub manufacturer would have just sent me the replacement product.I love supporting Canadian and had heard wonderful things about Valley products. Unfortunately, I now know the customer service at Valley is not the greatest.

I am extremely satisfied with Valley, they have a great selection of high quality products and excellent customer service. And I am supporting local by buying their products. I highly recommend using Valley for your next project.
