Very happy with the service… I dropped it off as a walk-in at 8am on a Saturday morning and was called shortly after 11am to let me know that my vehicle was ready… They were able to fix all my issues and didn’t try to upsell me or recommend additional services which is a refreshing change of pace from other places I’ve been… the price seemed very reasonable as well.

I went to Dunn tire to check the brakes of my truck because it was squeaking. They checked it for me right away and told me the brake pads are totally worn out. They had the best service ever with the best price for pads, rotors and labor. They replaced them for me right away even though they will be closing in couple hours. I am really satisfied with the service and work and now, I have a peace of mind driving my truck safely.

Unbelievable!!! New tires, alignment, and TPMS… work exceeded my expectations at every point! Tires are great, car has never driven so well… and the work was completed 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Dunn Tires has earned my business for life.

Exceptionally positive experience regarding the purchase of 4 new tires, which were installed in less than an hour, with the alignment performed immediately after (30 mins). Staff was courteous and friendly, even reminding me of the tire rebate expiration date. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Well done.

I made an appointment at another shop for an inspection and sat in their waiting area for an hour without about communicating with me so I left. I was referred to Dunn tire by my friend. So I messaged them and let me tell you..... They were polite, respectful and professional. Very clean as well. I dealt with Ben and Arthur and I will be going back because of the excellent service they provided.

I was visiting the area and my car started to make noise. I called the Niagara Falls Dunn Tire and they said come in right away! This was on a Saturday 2 hours before closing. When I arrived, a very friendly worker drove the car with me to hear the noise and said he would put it up and look underneath. He took it right in and fixed 2 plates that were touching my rotors for no charge!!!!! It was so nice of them. I came with no appointment on a busy day and they graciously fixed my car for no charge. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend all of the workers. Everyone was so nice to me and my 2 little kids!

We were visiting Niagara and caught a flat over the holiday weekend. Received a message from the local Dunn Tire at 730am. Had a fresh set of tires, reasonably priced and back on the road to our next destination by 10am. Saved the day so we were not late. Thank you Dunn Tire!

These guys don't mess around!! I'm a loyal Dunn Tire customer and I normally go to the Delaware location but after several bad experiences I decided I've had enough. I've been to this location a few times in the past for quick tire maintenance but now this place is my go-to for almost everything I can't do myself. Ben and Brian are super professional. The work is always done quickly and the work quality is second to none! They have become the only, and I mean ONLY auto shop I can trust. But maybe next time when I decide to throw you guys a bone and give you a list of work I want done, maybe if you could cut me a break on labor since the things that I wanted done had to all be taken apart at once anyway! Either way, it was totally worth it. Thanks Dunn Tire Niagara Falls!
