For someone who does not regularly get my nails done, I will definitely visit this nail salon again! Julie was my nail technician and she was very nice! The gentleman who answers the phone as well is very nice. The facility is very clean and modern. Loved the massage chair during my pedicure! I ended up doing a shellac pedicure and bio gel manicure. Thanks so much to 163 Nails & Pedi!

I recently went for a manicure and pedicure at a this salon. While the Niaomi, who did my nails was quite skilled and did an excellent job, I was disappointed with the overall customer service at the salon.One of the things that stood out to me was that no one offered me a glass of water during my time there. It's a small thing, but it's something that I've come to expect from most places I go to. It would have been a nice gesture, especially since I was there for a couple of hours.I think they need to work on making all customers feel welcome and appreciated, not just to old clients.

I have been here a few times for gel and shellac. The manicures and pedicures lasted about 4 weeks for me, without any issues whatsoever. The nail technicians are very professional and address any questions/concerns I have. The salon itself is very neat and hygienic. I would definitely recommend this place.

Such professional service at this nail salon. The staff were friendly and kind. I was able to book my appointment over the phone and they were able to accommodate same-day service. I got a regular polish mani pedi for a reasonable price. The salon was clean and hygienic with new equipment and a good colour selection. The quality of their service is high and would recommend this place. Will definitely return again !

Tracy was superb! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and although I never did bio-gel before, she was very patient with my questions and understanding about all of my specifications. I initially decided on one nail shape, but then changed my mind, and she fixed the shape for me... Great customer service!

The work is well done, and they took me right away without an appointment. The nail tech took her time to complete the work well and asked me before moving on to the next step.However, I had a nail tech who was made me feel extremely judged and embarrassed for being on a budget. She had no empathy for what I was going through in life, and questioned whether me and my partner were frugal" in all aspects of our life. She then questioned why I was getting my toe nails done

held off writing a review because i thought i was overthinking but saw other reviews and it's true that the quality of service deteriorates overtime for whatever reason. they were so accommodating, patient and nice the first couple times but after a while it's almost like they get comfortable enough to act as they please. same thing with booking, calls are answered less and less. i can't find a pattern on reviews or figure out why this also happened to me but it's just so disappointing that you'll never see that first treatment again. it's like their standards for clientele is super strict.

The lady took 1.45 hours to do my matte powder refill (sigh - went to them cause they are literally 2 minutes from my house). It didn't last 1 day before it started coming off. Went back the next day, and they were nice and painted it but it's off again after 2-3 days on most of the nail edges. Will travel a little far to my regular nail place next time and enjoy nails that last at least 2.5-3 weeks without wearing off.

My experience at this salon was exceptional. I only waited for roughly 5 minutes to be seated as I was a walk-in. Everything was clean, & the guy turned on the hot-jetted foot bath while I waited for someone to be free, as it was a busy day. Lana was very friendly, inviting & caring. She introduced herself & got right to it. It was my first time getting a pedicure & her hands worked vigorously, yet with care. Early in, she asked me if my massage chair was already on, ensuring I got the full experience. At the end, she made a joke that I should get a flower or rainbow on my nail which made me laugh. She broke the ice & made me feel as if I should come back, which she did invite me to (which I will). Thanks for a great experience.

I've been a regular client at this nail salon but lately the owner/gentleman who sits at the front desk of the shop and the nail technician, Lena/Lina, have made my experience very unpleasant. For context: Lena/Lina had done my nails a few months ago and was very rough and rude with the service and continuously rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed, said things under her breath, while I tried to let her know not to be rough or even when trying to ask questions about MY nails (a PAID service). The owner/gentleman was standing behind her observing and listening throughout the whole time I was in the shop and didn't say anything. Lately, I called to book my appointment and my calls were being screened by the nail salon which I wasn't aware of until I showed up in-person to book my appointment and was advised by the owner/gentleman at the front desk that the nail technician Lena/Lina does not want to book me as a client and do my nails (it appears that the whole team in that salon were aware of this). So I'm here to say, I do not recommend this nail salon. The owner/gentleman and the nail technician I dealt with have no respect. I advised him I will be writing a Google review and his response was 'i dont care', so here we are. Folks, save yourselves some time if you do not want to be disrespected for a service you pay for.
