C-Sky Windows

You get what you pay for. The quality is 2/5. The installation service is 0/5. I have a house built before 1980. It has stucco which potentially can contain asbestos. The installation team came with one guy had full face respirator mask and started cutting the old windows off. No other protection were provided to surrounding, people and house. The cutting made a big mess in my house. They didn't care to clean up. Even they did, the fact they don't make sure asbestos tested and abated is scary and could post health hazardous to people. All they care is to finish their job and go home. Poor service.

C-Sky installed windows for me last year. This is the second winter since the brand new installation. Now i have some serious concerns about what I have observed. I am concerned about the condensation on the inside window surface (see attached). This winter is not cold at all and it has almost all above zero. I am just wondering if others have experienced the same issue Or if this is just normal as C-sky told me.I contacted C-Sky and they told me it was not the window. It is because of the moisture in the house. I am very skeptical about the explanation because i am not just seeing the condensation in the bathroom or kitchen where there are relatively higher humidity because of showering or cooking. I also saw the same excessive condensation in living room and bedroom. To, The blame to humidity is not convincing since some level of humidity in home is expected. Could someone with expertise in this aspect comment on if this is a window quality issue and what the remedy may be? i would really like to find out the cause. thanks in advance.i am not in a position to rate C-sky at this point before i find out if this is a quality issue. but google does not allow to post without rating. I tentatively put a two stars at this moment since i suspect this is something to do with the quality. i may change rating if i am wrong about this.

Jeff from C-Sky just finished installing over 120 windows at our hotel. They took down the old windows, trimmed siding, installed new windows and wooden trims. I found Jeff is supper responsive and reliable from the beginning to the the end. It was not a easy job, some of high area they have to use a genie lift, most important they kept they promise to focus on my project until the end. So I’m very happy the project was done on time before spring. Two thumbs up for Jeff at c-sky and Mr. Huang the installer.

Poor quality, poor installation, they claimed condensation inter between the glass is normal, gaps between is within acceptable. Leaking is from the wall not window itself.l think they should study the mechanism of what is double glaze window. They just refuse to horner any warranty, too much hassle to go through small claim court, sometimes you just have to let go. The total experience is a nightmare.

Highly recommend! I heard C-sky from one of my friends who has bought their windows twice. C-sky have very experienced people, they replaced my whole house windows, which I’m very satisfied with, both for their service and the good product quality. They also helped me with the application for Canada greener home grant. Everything run very smoothly! I really appreciate their work and have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone around me!

They’re very caring when it comes to windows and they paid lots of attention to the quality and insulation of the windows at my house. My old windows used to fall out of place with the slightest push. But new csky windows were amazing!!! 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking to get new windows.

We have been bothered by our old windows (aluminum frame), condensation during the winter. We searched more than 4 companies. Luckily, We choose C-Sky Windows.Jeff explained to me in details why that condensation happened and why C-Sky's new windows will solve this problem. The Good thing is we took Jeff's advice and replaced our windows with new energy efficiency windows from C-Sky. So far so so good. We are very happy. The C-Sky employees are very professional and efficient so total of 25 windows were replaced in ONE DAY.Thank you so much, Jeff and C-Sky workers. You are the best!!!!

I thought I had a window leak (my windows were not from C-Sky) but called C-Sky for help. Mike came over to take a look and quickly determined that the leak was not resulting from the windows and directed me to my roof. Highly knowledgeable very helpful in identifying the root cause of my issue.

James and his team are very efficient and reachable. We replaces all windows and they disposed all old windows and debris as well. He also helped and guided us through greener home grant which we have received smoothly. His price are very reasonable and strongly recommend. Thank you!!!

Good quality and professional service. I had changed windows for an old house before, right now I got new windows for my new house. The windows have very good quality and the price is good.
