Not sure where these high reviews are coming from. The guys are “nice” but when it comes to service and competence it is the complete opposite. Had to get my car looked at by other mechanics to see just how bad of a job these guys did. BEWARE: owner says one price one day and changes it the next, very forgetful.

I recently had my shocks replaced at General Tech and they did an excellent job. The owner is a great guy, very professional & courteous, and took the time to explain the work that was done. He's a straight shooter who offers great advice and never tries to sell you on unnecessary repairs. I will definitely be back for any future repairs and highly recommend General Tech to anyone in need of quality work and honest service.

A friend brought me here once and since then I've not gone anywhere else. I've always found them efficient, fair and friendly. I've interacted with few other customers while waiting and they all seems to like this place. Would recommend visiting them.

General Tech Auto is the best mechanic we have used in Toronto. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Since finding General Tech we have been taking our Fiat 500 and Toyota Highlander to them for any repairs and service. Its been great to work with Tal and the team.

I called to see whether the shop had time to take a look at my car which I thought had an oil leak. Tahla answered and gave me a time to swing by. When I arrived he promptly loaded my car on the hoist and 2 of his technicians looked under my car and determined there in fact was no leak and there was no concern. Absolutely wouls recommend this garage to my friends and family. He is extremely patient and very down to earth. Really hard to find honest mechanics like these ones. Thanks again

We found out about this shop through a friend and haven't gone anywhere else since! The service is exceptional and pretty fast! Tahla and his brother are both super nice and very honest, which is hard to find in a mechanic. They will tell you exactly what needs repair/replacing and nothing more!
