Quality Inn & Suites Downtown

Quality inn is a very nice hotel with an elevator (Since I lived at a Comfort Inn in Ottawa which doesn’t have the elevator) The room looks nice; clean. Bed was comfortable for 3 nights sleep. Heating system is a tiny bit confusing but it’s manageable. All of the staff( manager; front desk and breakfast area) was nice and welcoming. The lady worked Jan 2 morning (forget her name) she’s nice and wonderful. Also a highlight for this quality inn is their free coffee is nice and wonderful (with coffee cup and lids) which makes so convenient to either take some to room or take some out. (P.S: the breakfast area staff this morning is very thoughtful. She let me take 2 muffins and told me is better for the train trip. BIG THANK YOU for that). I also take a free coffee this morning too. Anyways, it’s so much good thing to say. Glad Quality inn can make the exception for me to use debit card. (Since I don’t have any credit card in Canada). I look forward to staying in this hotel in the future. Overall Good job Quality Inn. This place is literally becoming my second “short home” in Windsor.

For a budget hotel, it delivers. Pricing is reasonable and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Coffee included + mini fridge & shower. View is very mediocre,to be expected for the location. unfortunately no view of Detroit from 90% of the rooms. Breakfast is included, stay away from the eggs… everything else is great for free food. If you are looking for a cheap(ish) place to stay for a few nights in Windsor, then Quality Inn is your best bet.PS McDonald’s very close if you’re hungry!

This hotel was a decent price, and the room was clean and had a good supply of towels and soap. The complimentary breakfast was good and had plenty of options from eggs and sausage to waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc.

Our group of four were totally amazed at the service we received during our stay here. It's an older hotel, but everything was clean, organized and well run. We received a complementary upgrade to both rooms, very pleasant staff, they checked with us to make sure everything was okay. A hot breakfast was provided with lots of choice. The best muffins I've ever tasted at a hotel breakfast. The staff person in charge of the breakfast area made us feel like we were in a restaurant... clearing things away, cleaning tables. We will definitely make a point of staying in this hotel next time. Very reasonably priced as well.

It's decent for a cheap night. Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's certainly not a 5 star hotel but that's not what you're paying for. You get what you should for the price and still nicer than some of the hotels that run an extra $50/night. Overall there's nothing really to complain about. It's nothing special, but it isn't bad.
