Destroyed my leather coat, said that they were going to fix it, coat came back *Fixed* hahahha why am i laughing? they put the zipper on the opposite side, the yellow strap for the parajumper was LOSTED?!?!?! and the zipper for the hood doesnt even close... 2500$ in the garbage ! compensation ? Nothing... ZERO not even a reimbursement of the cleaning .... STAY AWAYYYYY

Pire compagnie de nettoyeur,mon copain a amener son manteaux parajumper tout en cuire dune valeur de 3000$ completement detruit. 3 Mois d'attente pour ravoir son manteaux en piteux etat. Faite Attention a cette compagnie, il ont juste faim pour faire leur argent et la personne au telephone au nom de Linda va vous dire que son patron est en voyage et que nous devons faire une plainte a travers elle.

Ne faites pas affaire avec eux. Bottes UGG déchirées au niveau des nœuds en arrière. Les bottes étaient parfaites. Une dame au nom de Linda vous raccroche au nez lorsque vous demandez réparation. Pire employée et compagnie. Attention à vos affaires...

Veston qui ont été nettoyés à deux reprises encore sales (salive de bébé qui a donné un bisou, petit morceau de chocolat fondu...) alors que je leur avais spécifié où étaient les 'taches'..J'ai dû aller les faire nettoyer ailleurs. Service impeccable à l'autre nettoyaur du Vieux St Jean.

J ai faite racourcir les manches d un manteau de cuir avec un zipper et ça ne paraît même pas!! Ils font presque tout travail bien fait et à bon prix! Je les recommande!

*Writing on behalf of my partner, whose review has been blocked.*I had a fur coat that was ruined after being dry cleaned by this company.I had a beautiful black fur coat that I've had for several years, and after noticing there was a small stain on the right chest area. I looked for a dry cleaning service in Montreal. I found Cleantitude that offered delivery services and used their app to have my coat dry cleaned. They in turn entrusted the dry cleaning of my fur coat to Martin Inc.However, once I received my fur coat back almost two weeks later I realized that there were at least three places near the button holes that had chunks of fur removed, the right chest area was blown up like a bad dry job, and the neck collar was also ruined with fur attaching at weird places and no longer making a complete circle around the neck.I immediately contacted Cleantitude with the photos of the ruined coat and asked for compensation for the damages. They told me they would contact Martin Inc who had dry cleaned my coat and get back to me with a solution. At this point, they also took my coat back to assess the damage."A week or so later

Une couette en duvet d'oie détruite . Ma couette bien gonflé avant , maintenant des petits pierres dures à l'intérieurs. Réponse d'eux : votre couette est fabriquée de papier! Quelle plaisanterie. Pas de compensation.

They lost my wife's wedding dress that cost almost $11,000. To have something expensive go missing is one thing, but to lose something so sentimental and priceless is truly heartbreaking and unacceptable. Be careful when trusting them with your expensive and cherished piece of clothing. Based on the other reviews, it looks like this is not the first time they have messed up bad. I highly recommend you find someone else, it's not worth the risk.
