Tried to call these guys at least 20 times, when Nathan finally decided to pick up the disrespect and lack of effort was unbelievable. He offered no help and continued to mumble through the phone and tell us he could not come help us without even asking our location. Would not recommend Nathan. He appears to not want business has some serious work ethic issues. If I was the owner of this business I would talk to Nathan as he is steering away business from this company. Hope whatever is wrong in Nathans life gets resolved. Wish I could give this zero stars.

Update: I talked to the shop manager in regards to this review. He took the time to understand my perspective, and was courteous and professional. Thank you.Visit was great except for one detail. Went in for a commercial mvi with my pickup. Due to some mis communications there was an assumption made and a passenger mvi was completed instead of communicating that they were unable to complete the commercial mvi with my paper work. Front desk and mechanic inspecting my truck were very friendly, professional and service minded.My reason for a less then stellar review is for my issue is with the negative and assuming attitude of the shop foreman. Instead of trying to understand the particulars of the situation, he accused me of trying to get them to break the law, when, infact I didn't understand the requirement they operated within. What could of been simply resolved by him communicating his understanding of the situation and a equatable way forward for both, was instead needlessly escalated. The situation was eventally resolved when I found out the foreman had agreed with my proposal of us both cutting our losses and walking away. - I had to find this out through the front desk employee after the foreman abruptly left the conversation.Yes, I may of made a mistakes with my paper work and should have made more effort to ensure everyone knew that I needed a commercial mvi. This does not discount from the negative experience provided by the foreman.

These people are top notch and very helpful and friendly.Would recommend their services to everyone.

This place was a bad experience from entering the door...poor service...two women sitting there, acting like you are invisible...thankfully I had an appointment,,, but had to wait a couple hours...so, after a couple hours the mechanic came out to talk to me...now, my truck is only 4 years old, and we'll maintained....but he proceeded to tell me that I needed a thousand dollar brake job on the front of my truck,,,I had already put pads and rotors on it a couple months before,,, I was only the for a bloody MVI.....anyway...I'm a busy man, and I'm a mason, not a mechanic,,, so I told him to go ahead...and then he said he didn't have time, I would have to rebook it for a week away...at 7 pm at night...so I did,,, and when I get there that night he sends a younger guy out to tell me that I would have to rebook again....NO RESPECT FOR A PERSON'S TIME !!!I told him that he could tell that mechanic that I wouldn't let him work on my wheelbarrow...and I left...I took it to OK TIRE in Halifax...and I told Ryan there what had happened....they went over my truck,,, looking for the said" problem...never to be found....imagine...My truck passed inspection WITHOUT one thing having to be fixed or replaced...that was months ago

Had 2 cube trucks in for MVI's and they charged me a 1/3 of the cost that another Heavy Equipment garage previously charged me to perform a wheel pull and measurements.
