I’ve been coming here for a year and a half. I’ve been to Matt for physio, and Mikayla for massages, and I do the small group training with Allie 3-4 times a week. Best thing I could have ever done for myself. Such a great facility!

I've been going just over a week to the bootcamp. The coaches are very knowledgeable and help you every step of the way. Workouts are modified if you need. And different every time. I recommend coming in and checking it out!

Best all in one gym in Winnipeg!You can find every service you could possibly need. Their therapists are amazing.Small group & personal training is very reasonably priced.All their equipment is brand new & fabulous.I LOVE BENEFIT. They are worth the 25 minute drive from my house!

I have received incredibly good care for all my sports related injuries. Without out their treatments and exercise recommendations I don't think I would have healed as quickly or as completely as I have. The facility is clean and staff are always pleasant and approachable.

great training in the gym and physio and AT.. They take their time with you and are very hands on, not hooking you up to machines etc

I have been working with the trainers and therapists at Benefit for 10+ years and have always received the best service. Although they are very busy they always make you feel like you are their only patient and work with you 1 on 1 to achieve your targeted goals.
