Swiss Chalet
Had dinner with my family here tonight.The food was very good as always.This was the second time we were served by Mary.Mary is an absolute delight.She was very welcoming, attentive and accommodating.She has a great attitude, which made our night that much better!

This place is starting to get on my nerves been coming to this location for quite some time around 15 years and every single time I give this place a chance I regret it right away. Another example of I don’t understand what staff is doing had put a mobile order in a half hour ago waited in the parking lot till the expected ready time to drive around the drive through and to be told the order was just printed and just about to start working on it and for me to wait parked even longer. Which could be up to 1 hour and really honestly defeats the point of ordering through the app. The parking lot has about 4 cars in it and maybe 1 car every 20 minutes I do not understand how this staff is this behind on orders. This staff both Swiss chalet and Harvey’s need to get their buts in gear.

The service itself was friendly and accomodating. I was directed to my seat rather quickly.However, the food itself was where I had to remove some 'points'. I ordered a Fish and Chips dinner along with some Chicken Wings. The fries were mostly cooked well but they lacked seasoning and salt. The fish also lacked both of these things. The plate came with some coleslaw but there was no tartar sauce with the food. This dish felt like the memories of what Fish and Chips was, and there are definitely better options for what I paid ($18.99 + tax). The Chalet Sauce as usual felt like some flavor was missing and had no salt.I asked for the wings well done, and they were. The crunch from each wing was very audible. I couldn't have asked for any more. I had the Honey Buffalo and Mild flavors but I don't think the mild actually came, which is fine. Honey Buffalo was a bit too sweet for me. My receipt says I had Blue Cheese as well but it never came. 10 wings came up to $16.29 and when it comes to value for dollar I simply cannot recommend it.Overall it feels like you're paying for the name of the restaurant serving you the food instead of the food itself. There are better options for both of what I ordered. Perhaps if you have issues with high blood pressure or sodium then go ahead and order what I did.

We’re greeted immediately and seated very quickly. Jinan (our server) was pleasant and productive coded us with the specials available. Food came quickly and was nice and hot. 1st time at this location, was clean and bright. Has been a long time since been at a Swiss Chalet as quality of food and service at other locations was bad. Was very happy with this visit.

We always stop here to have dinner on our way home from visiting our mom at the cemetery. Mary is always our server and turns a sad occasion into a positive one with her personality. She is very attentive and so kind. I have never met a better server than Mary. We will come back and always ask for her. God bless her❤️

Great dining experience. Our server was Jinan and we have been going to her for years. Always friendly and makes sure we are taken care of. The food is always great too. Recommend to friends and family.

Nice, tidy, and chill atmosphere. Barely any noise except the background music. Food is great too, made us full instantly. Service was awesome, server was nice and patient with us. Overall great place, good to come at dinner time on a weekend to avoid the crowds.Eulen

I’m a fan of Swiss Chalet and come here often. Besides the convenience of working near and price for lunch, the staff are very friendly and customer service is always the best. I usually have Jinan as a server at lunch and it’s always a pleasure as she is welcoming, friendly and kind.Quarter chicken white meat and fries or vegetables are my go to orders. Every once a while I get the 12 wings, hot. In my opinion the Wings at Swiss are underrated, I rather wings at Swiss than most wing spots I go to.

Great service with great food highly recommend this location. Friendly staff as well. Food was hot and fresh . Taste of the food was amazing. I strongly Recommend getting white meat
