I had meant to cancel my appointment, but it unfortunately slipped my mind… John showed up and informed me that I would not be charged in full for my mistake. He was very friendly and understanding and even took time to answer my questions and confirm my suspicions about rodents.

I saw a mouse in December and I called Pest detective to use their service. Somebody came and look at some part of the house and yard. He said probably there are 40 -50 mice in the ceiling of the basement!!! I was shocked ( recently we moved here). After two weeks he came back and could not find any mouse ( dead or alive )! And he said there is no activity at all! They didn't eat the bait!!Then after 2 weeks nothing and the last session he said there is nothing here and you are good !!! I said what about the 40-50 ones you said at first? He said I was wrong!!!The service was unprofessional they did not know where to put the bait. We are still encounter with mice problem and by experiment and YouTube we could find the holes and catch some.I don't recommend them at all.

I ordered the services of Pest Detective for a property we manage in Port Moody. I dealt with Robert over the phone and my email and I have found him to be very professional, respectful and friendly. Robert went out of his way to give me a thorough report on what they were going to do and he has sent us reports since the first visit. I highly recommend using this company if you have a pest problem.

I am very grateful for the fast and effective service I received from Pest Detective, specifically their technician, John. He was warm, professional and efficient when dealing with a hard to reach wasp nest and providing care and service to our exterior stations. We use this company on a regular basis as we live in a wooded area with lots of critters. I highly recommend the service and appreciate their work that saves me headaches in the future.

John has attended our residence twice - once to “rodent proof” to ease our anxiety and a second time to take care of a millipede issue. Both times John showed up with a positive attitude and put our fears to rest. Awesome service and highly recommend!

A bit of communication issues and sometimes whoever answers the phone isn’t very friendly or patient. The technicians that have come to do the work were very helpful though, knowledgeable and happy to answer multiple questions about our mouse problem. Competitive pricing too. Would encourage a smoother on-boarding/quotation/follow up procedure, otherwise so far I’m happy with the company.
