Nope! Never shopping here again! They won't do refunds with full receipts. All stores I know of will give a refund with full receipt and tags on. Not this one. Bought the wrong hoodie for my daughter. Now they don't have the same line to replace it. Got a store credit. There's nothing else she likes so it's useless!Beware! Once you spend your money here it's gone for good no matter what!Nope, never again!

Love this store, always buy for family here plus the odd sweater and toque for myself. Nice quality and great customer service.

Got a jacket for Xmas that was bought online but it didn’t fit. So tried to return it to the Victoria store but they wouldn’t take it back as the tag was damaged but still attached. I had the receipt and it clearly states that it can be returned to any store but they still wouldn’t accept it, they claimed that the barcode on the attached tag was damaged but this is how it was received. I tried customer service but as it was the weekend it was closed. I took the option of emailing customer service through the w49 website but have not received any response, it’s been 4 days now and nothing!!I’m quite sure I’m not going to get a response and don’t expect this store to be in business much longer with such terrible customer service like this.If you buy anything from this store be sure it fits because if you want to return it, they’ll come up with a lame excuse as to why you can’t get a refund.I feel bad for the assistant manager I dealt with as she was clearly new at her job and had no support from her manager or head office, it all starts from the top!!

Just bought a scooter for my girl. Kriste rocks! In-depth knowledge of the brands, pros & cons of each, and best fit for the customer. We felt very confident in her opinion. A great experience--thanks!!

I always feel satisfied when I leave this store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They carry a wide variety of clothing for all sizes and styles. Their prices are affordable and they always have such great deals!

My wife and I ordered a trick scooter on November 27/2020. They did not ship or process our order until the 13 of December. Are you kidding me and you are still in business. Now my daughter will not get her present in time because of an incompetent company. Worst service by any company to date. They really should be ashamed of themselves. 20 days to process and ship is so disrespectful. Pure disappointment and totally rude on a big store like this. Forget this company

Staff are really friendly and cool, lots of skate shoes, hoodies and shirts. They often have great deals going on - it'd be worth it to find out and go there to buy stuff. They don't mind if you look around and are happy to help. Casual friendly store and good products.

Great prices and selection of trendy shirts, hoodies, skateboards, longboards, scooters and shoes. The store is generally busy and merchandise well displayed. Staff are helpful.

My fav place ar Mayfair. The staff are very friendly and they are knowledgeable of the products, brands and boards/scooters. They are all great, but Chrissy (Kriste? Sorry!) I have interacted with the most and she is wonderful. My son and I love the longboards and my daughter loves the Pivot. Olivia :)

very satisfied with the staff. sorry did not ask the names but I was in the store twice and same fellow behind the cash (possibly manager). they were super kind and not afraid to tell us about deals, my exchange was a breeze and did not feel uncomfortable going there as a mom in a board shop! EXcellent customer experience. thank you and we will be back
