Brooke and her team were so amazing to work with as the coordinator(s) for my wedding. Brooke has great professionalism and experience and it was always a breath of fresh air chatting with her to make sure we had everything squared away before the big day. She provided tons of resources and suggestions, all of which I took advantage of. Brooke is great at managing timelines and always on top of everything, particularly communication which is so important because as bride-to-bes' we tend to have a lot going on. We had a large venue *a campground* which we rented for the whole weekend so there was a ton of walking (and running) by Brooke and her team in order to execute everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Brooke if you are considering hiring Stellaluna Events. They are the best!

We also had an issue with the wedding designer that left the company and I ended up redoing the design plan on my own. We got some money back after complaining. In the end, the staff pulled through for our wedding but it felt like we kept having to ask for things that were pretty standard. Our planner was not watching the vendor timeline and we ended up running late and not getting to our off-site wedding party photo shoot location. We also had random strangers watching our outdoor ceremony at venue and since the venue didn’t have a backup coordinator to address this so it would have been nice if the planner stepped in. Our coordinator had limited experience with our venue and had us doing duplicate work the month before the wedding. We had to input all the vendor information into Aisle Planner ourselves. The other vendors she coordinated with the month before didn’t always know what was going on. I regret not paying more to work with White Dhalia, maybe the coordination/ design experience would have been better and I would have been less stressed.

Wow, I was so happy to finally work with Stella Luna Events in 2022. Hannah was an absolute sweetheart and very professional from the very start. Her communication skills were incredibly helpful leading up to the event. I couldn't recommend this team enough, they kept me (the photographer) feel relaxed the entire day!!

This review is long overdue but needed none the less. Hannah and her crew absolutely went above and beyond on our wedding weekend. Our wedding consisted of multi-day event with many moving pieces and locations. Hannah toured our event space prior to our rehearsal to make sure she understood our vision and how to make it happen. Leading up to the weekend, Hannah was consistently in full communication and a text/call away if we had any questions. One thing that really stands out with Stellaluna is their organization and turnaround time. Hannah presented the timelines months in advanced which allowed us time tweak and find tune things along the way. If an issue ever came up, Hannah was first to provide suggestions, alternatives and to link us up with the right vendors. We also want to give a shoutout to Emily from Stellaluna who also had a huge impact on our weekend and was Hannah’s 2nd hand along the way. We honestly couldn’t have never executed this wedding without Stellaluna. If we could do it all over again just to work with Stellaluna, we would! Working with Hannah and Stellaluna Events was one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning! I used Stellaluna Events for day-of coordination and limited design services for my wedding in July 2022. We worked with Hannah for day-of coordination and cannot recommend her enough! Although we only met in-person the da my before our wedding, it felt like we were friends the moment we had our first call! Hannah was so on top of things the day-of from coordinating with vendors, keeping pace with our timeline, and was the first to say “I’m on it” when we needed anything at all! The prices are very affordable for the service provided and the team was very flexible by offering a “limited” design option (I’d booked all my vendors - but just needed some help bringing the design-aspects to life!) We 100% recommend Stellaluna Events for wedding coordination services! We planned our Grand Rapids wedding from a few states away and could not have done it without Hannah. The communication with vendors was SO helpful and saved us a lot of stress. Throughout the process she answered all of our questions quickly and kept us on track with what needed to be done. But the day-of coordination itself was worth every penny! Our day went PERFECTLY and we did not have to deal with anything but enjoying each other and our families.
