After many years of struggling with poor service companies I finally found a WINNER in Vanroy Pools Their reliability , knowledge, and communication is outstanding. They recently replaced my liner and kept to the time frame I was promised. The work was done meticulously and I could not be happier.

I would give Vanroy Pool six starts if that was an option. Had a major leak in our pool and called Vanroy. They promised that they would find it and did not disappoint. They showed up with all necessary equipment, including scuba diving gear (turned out to be a leak in the equalizer pipe and the scuba equipment was needed). Super professional, quick, clean and polite. A pleasure doing business with them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I can not say enough about Lori and team !! Since our pool closure last fall and most recently our pool opening, the team has been outstanding !! Kudo`s to Matt Mike, Charles, Josh & others I may have missed. Clearly customer service is in the forefront and I can only hope this will be a long lasting business relationship.
