Access Storage - Barrie Morrow (Satellite)

Great service . Prompt response. Worked with them for over 2 years , no issues. Very accommodating of people’s situations. Definitely recommend it .

I have had a storage unit at this location for my sick mother since September of 2021. When we moved her in the rates were fine and all was good. The location was easily accessible and there were cameras on site to ensure the safety of her belongings. I got an email in January stating that the rate was going up which I was unhappy with, but understood. Friday of last week I got a call asking if we would like to purchase insurance on the unit and I said I would have to speak to my mother and see what she wanted to do. Ironically Monday morning I received another call from access storage stating that there was no lock on the door of our unit and that it seemed someone had broken into it. When we asked about the cameras they stated that they don’t work and have never worked. It seems pretty suspicious of them to have offered us insurance Friday and all of a sudden something happened over the weekend and half of her belongings were either stolen or broken. They have done nothing to compensate for the loss and left it at “file a police report”. I absolutely would not for a second recommend to store anything with this company. 10/10 worst customer service.

Our family had a great experience with the team at Access Storage. With the stressful situation of moving. They were able to get us a unit that suited our needs and completed and explained everything to us carefully. Laurie and Kimberly were very happy to show us around the site and viewed units. The explained everything so we understood how storage works and made us feel less stressed.

I've had a unit for years. The staff have always looked after anything I needed. The unit was clean upon arrival and I've never had any issues with safety. A great place to store your belongings.

Such a great experience! Needed help fast and Morrow was extremely helpful. Clean facilities and super fast service. Contract was thoroughly explained and zero glitches! Would def use this site again!

I have been moving from Richmond Hill to Barrie since Mar 16th while taking care of my brother who was in 4th stage of his cancer. Because he needed to be carefully watched it's been really difficult to get on with the unpacking. Sadly my brother passed away last Tues, on the 18th of April, so I'm now dealing with his funeral details. We still have the last of my things and my brother's and also his tools at the old place that have to be removed from there by the end of this month. I've had the movers and truck booked since two weeks ago and now with his funeral scheduled for this coming Tues my place is not only full but overflowing. I decided the best plan right now was to get a storage and just have that residual stuff stored for now. Catherine and Lori were really helpful in getting through the process of renting a storage unit quickly. Thank you both for all your help. My other recommended Access Storage as he is using them and very satisfied with it and I'll be sure to pas on the recommendation in the future if I hear of anyone needing storage.
