Basement Pros repaired an improperly done waterproofing job done by another company who had used the wrong materials.Basement Pros were professional from the start, were always happy to answer questions, and never tried to sell me something I didn't need.Every step of the project they did professionally, and it was evident that they were very experienced with their trade.I'm glad that I found this company, and have already recommended them to friends.

We had leaking at the bottom of our basement foudation and problems with our gutter system on the back side of the house. Kevin was extremely professional when he came to look at the job. He described exactly how they would do the work; told us what it would cost, and answered all our questions. He convinced us he could solve our problems permanently.When it was time to do the work, everything went as planned. The crew was on-time, friendly and efficient. The job was completed without delays. Access to the back wall of our basement was not easy, and Basement Pros did their best to preserve our landscaping and patio. The drainage system works well and our basement is dry. We highly recommend basement pros!

I am SO happy with my experience with Basement Pros. I did an internet search for anyone in my area that could complete the work I needed done and Basenent Pros. was the first company that popped up. I called Kevin and he took the time to explain the entire process to me how this project would go. He came out to my home and we did a thorough walk-through before the work started and after the work was done. His entire team was very professional and very helpful if I had any questions. The job went very quick lasting about 1 week.I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their basements waterproofed.

I needed something done with a basement wall which leaked when we had a decent amount of rain. No one I talked to was able to recommend a company since they never had a similar problem. Google was the place to start and that is where I found Basement Pros. They were the right choice. Kevin explained everything, guaranteed the work, and stayed in touch. The crew was polite, professional, and even moved my clothes baskets back to where they belonged when they were done. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Kevin and his crew at Basement Pros were a huge win for our family. We hired them because we needed to address significant issues with water intrusion in the basement of our new home that we were purchasing. From the very start Kevin was very professional, clear, and direct during our estimate. He walked us through the different options we should consider to solve our water problems. We chose Basement Pros because we preferred to completely fix our problem by waterproofing the basement, verses just solving the problem after the water comes in. Their system makes so much sense, and their methods have really worked. They use high quality materials, and give you the best. Often Kevin would remind me that you could do something less quality materials, but then you pay for it in the end. I couldn't agree more.I found it easy to work with Kevin when it came to handling payment details, contracts, estimates and other financial questions. He was more that reasonable and was even willing to work with our bank and escrow company to handle the payments for the work being done.4 months after the work was finished, we've have no moisture issues at all. The basement is clean and free from that wet basement smell. I've noticed no water intrusion after having the membrane and insulation installed. The drain tile has worked very well in keeping water out of the bottom blocks, and during heavy rains the water goes into our sump pump and out of the house. I am going to be remodeling the basement and putting a bedroom this year, and have no concerned with our old house (1941) getting wet in the basement.Kevin also worked with me on adding projects for the home while the guys were working on the job; such as cutting out 2 egress windows, installing the wells, and connecting the wells to the drain tile. He also worked with the City of Duluth and the I/I program to get us the grant $ for taking out the house trap, and installing a new floor drain. These guys know their stuff, and the do a great job.Kevin's crew worked really hard while they were here, and got done on time, and did a great job with clean up. They were also very willing to take away some of the extra yard debris, so I had nothing to clean up. The guys were true professionals, and kept us up to date on their progress they made as they went along. I felt comfortable and safe with them being around my kids, and they were very careful to not damage anything as they tore things apart. Even the grass seed they used grew back greatI would recommend this Waterproofing system to anyone in Duluth, and I more than recommend Basement Pros. You won't be disappointed.

Had basement walls water proofed and new drain tile and new sump pit and pump installed. They were very professional and efficient. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had foundation work completed on my 100+ year old home. I purchased my home in 2009. After every spring thaw and after every rain my basement would take in some water. The basement always smelled musty. I needed to empty my dehumidifier 1-2 times per day. Kevin's crew came in and excavated my exterior foundation on 3 sides. Significant repairs were made to my foundation walls and they were sprayed with a waterproofing material. Drain tile was installed in the trenches and appropriate materials were used to back-fill the trenches to grade. Kevin's crew who worked on my home were always on time. Kevin kept me well-informed during the entire process of the foundation repair. I have a 100+ year old home as mentioned above. Kevin kept the repair budget reasonable and practical for a home of this age. I received nothing but gold star service. Today, my basement is bone dry. The entire climate of my basement has changed dramatically. I am only dumping a partially filled dehumidifier every 4-5 days. This work has given me peace of mind that water will be diverted and further damage to the foundation of this old house has been mitigated correctly. I had so many companies that came to my home to provide bids for my project. Kevin's was the very first person who came out to meet with me. I hired basement pros to fix a leaky wood foundation. I am very pleased with the end result and service throughout. Kevin showed up and was confident that his company could fix my problem and the price seemed reasonable, so I hired his team to complete the job.Basement pros started work early June and completed the project in a week. I was worried that the work would be spread out throughout the summer, but I was pleased to see that once his team showed up on the job, they stayed until the job was complete. Aaron was the job foreman and was very pleasant to deal with, answered all questions, and did a good job. The best part about all of this, is they cover their work with a 20 year warrantee and I'm confident that the basement will last a lifetime with the product they use. It has been a year since the job was completed and I have not had any issues with the basement since.

When they came to work on my basement, Kevin introduced me to all the guys and we all went around the house and I was able to express to the my concerns and they all had positive feed back to me. Once the work started, the crew worked steadily and completed the project in a short time. The digging destroyed the lawn, but they re-seed the damaged area.
