Not coming back as there portion in bowl keeps reducing and price keeps increasing. Please go to Fifty rd,South service locations and you be surprised with the difference. Thank you

Quick and friendly service but I paid extra for chicken which came in the tiniest portion in the top left corner. Other than that I'm happyEdit: now that I dug into it a bit more, there was more chicken than I expected

Horrible location. Sign says they are open until 9pm on a Sunday and online says open till 8. Show up at 7:30.. lights are off and it’s closed. This is not the first time this has happened. Why even post hours and not stick to it. What kind of circus business are you running here? Will definitely be spending my money elsewhere. Garbage.

Stoney Creek, Fiesta mall location of Freshii. It's been just over 3years since going to this location as my previous poor experience with lack of protein additions (meat!)A little background here, I previously only contacted Freshii directly to voice my concerns about this particular location. As I travel to Quebec quite often I get to try various other locations of Freshii. Hence my review here, after 3 years+ not trying anything from this location in Stoney Creek and after informing Freshii Corporate directly....this location still likes to rip off the consumer!!I paid an extra $3.90 for chicken and you know what I got...3 chunks and maybe 3 to 4 scrap size pieces for my $3.90 extra. Nothing has changed in 3 years at this location, whoever owns this franchise is just looking for the quick buck and cares nothing about YOU!I will never be back again, even though I love other locations who offer a fair bang for the 'expensive ' buck as charged for meals. Truly disappointed....

I picked up my order yesterday and someone had placed an enormous order! Rude! However, Freashii employee so brilliant!! So quick and courteous. This girl needs a raise!!

Do not come here. You would think for a franchise they would be a bit more helpful as they’re just making the business look terrible… Accidentally placed an order 20 minutes out, as the mobile app selected a different location. Asked if it could be made at a different store and was told no and something about the owner. Asked for a refund from the store ordered from again, no. Terrible service. Not with the 40 minute drive for $10 food. The hired workers can barely speak a coherent sentence. Terrible place avoid freshii franchises. Just another money hungry owner. Go to a small business instead.

Wastage of time. Only 1 person was working at peak lunch time, waited 25 minutes and then cancelled order. Wont bother to go again. Customer service also rude.

Love this place! Delicious and fresh ingredients. Staff is friendly too. One of my favourites spots to eat!
